Mention not working properly in mobile device

Hi


Please open the link https://ej2.syncfusion.com/react/demos/#/bootstrap5/rich-text-editor/mention-integration in mobile device and not using google developer tools. I mentioned 1 or more user and when I tried to delete them using backspace key, I am not able to delete it. The mentioned user does not get deleted and keyboard gets hidden and sometimes the last letter gets selected but I could not perform any action. Please help me on this.

We have validated the reported query on our end. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to reproduce the reported issue as per your scenario. We also shared a video for reference.




If you are still experiencing the issue, we request that you provide additional details as mentioned below. This will help us further validate the issue and provide a better solution.

  • Please share a video illustration.
  • And please provide the replication procedure for this issue
  • Your Syncfusion package version.

We have considered the reported issue “Mention not working properly in mobile device” as a bug from our end and the fix for the issue will be included with our upcoming patch release on August 9th, 2023.
