Mention not working properly in mobile device

While using a mobile device and not utilizing Google developer tools, mentioned 1 or more user and when trying to delete them using backspace key,  not able to delete it.

Current Behavior :  When trying to delete them using backspace key,  not able to delete it.

 

Expected Behavior :  when trying to delete them using backspace key, should be able to delete it.
