Excel file internal server error on being opened

Hello. I'm using syncfusion angular spreadsheet. I open S3 url files via syncfusion default openURL ( https://ej2services.syncfusion.com/production/web-services/api/spreadsheet/open ). All files are being opened successfully but When I open this file

https://parspec-staging.s3.amazonaws.com/media/submittals/4944/testing_buggy.xlsx , I'm getting 500 (Internal server error) on openUrl api with response "Failed to load response data; No data found for resource with given identifier". I tried this file url on syncfusion official stackblitz demo but file data is not being loaded.

Hey Shankar

Thanks for the response. Please check these files as well.

Following file (with extension xlsx) is giving unsupported file error.

https://parspec-staging.s3.amazonaws.com/media/submittals/5239/testing_unsupported.xlsx

but If I save save the same file with .xls extension then it is opening fine
https://parspec-staging.s3.amazonaws.com/media/submittals/5238/testing_unsupported_2.xls

Please check this issue as well.

Thanks

Vivek Singhal

Hey Sankar,

I just checked the syncfusion angular spreadsheet version 19.4.41 via stackblitz official demo and the issue is still not resolved. It is still throwing internal server error on opening the specific file.

Stackblitz demo with new version: https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-gvmmh9?file=app.component.ts

Please check the console. I'm printing the error.

Thanks.

Hey Sankar,

We're not using any NuGet packages. We're using only Angular Spreadsheet component. Please provide the support on that one. My Org has bought the license as well and we need it on production level fix.

Thanks and Regards,
