Columns header rendering issue

Hi there,

I found some issue with columns header which are not visible in this scenario:

1. Run this example in Google Chrome, by default everything as we expected.

2. Click on first row to colapse/expand it and column header disappeared:

The reported issue has been fixed in the weekly release (v19.1.0.67) please update your packages to the latest version to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, we have prepared a sample for your reference. Please check the below sample.
