Globalization Scheduler JavaScript (ES5)

Hello,

I am trying to change the language for my scheduler control. This works fine so far (e.g. for German, French, Arabic....). Can I set the language, only for the languages contained in the table (https://github.com/syncfusion/ej-global#about-syncfusion-ej-global) ? Or can I also use the languages inside the folder "i18n" (e.g. Bengali-bn)? If I can use these too a small example would help me a lot, a small code snippet from my current project, can be found in the attachment.

Regards,
Adrien P.

Hi Adrien,

Greetings from Syncfusion Support.

We have validated your requirement at our end and prepared a locale sample with bn for your reference which can be available from the below link. And let you know that you need to add the corresponding static text for bn, otherwise it will be displayed as en-US only. We suggest you to refer and follow the below UG.

Kindly refer to the above solution and let us know if you need further assistance.

Hello,

thank you for the quick reply. I had only forgotten to include the file "numberingSystems.json". But now there are still a few places where the numbers were not translated. Generally if you set the property rowAutoHeight to false, the +n-more button is displayed incorrectly. Inside the TimelineMonth view, the year in the header bar is displayed incorrectly,  if you want to display multiple intervals/multiple months.

In the vertical year view, both the week numbers and the individual days are incorrect.

Also, I wanted to ask if it is possible to integrate other languages that CLDR does not include by extending/customizing the individual files?

Regards,
Adrien P.
