Numbers were not translated based on locale

In the following places, in scheduler numbers are not translated based on the culture provided.

1.In month view when we use intervals in the date range text of toolbar year is not translated.
2. in year view (both vertical and timeline) dates are not translated.
3. In month view number before more in plus more indicator.
