How to apply a theme to grid with Theme Studio

I used Theme Studio to create a theme for SfGrid but I can't get the theme to apply. I followed the instructions for downloading the .css file and added to index.html as a referenced style sheet, but the appearance of my grids is not changing from the default.

Please advise.
