ProgressButton spinner not working in Fabric theme

Question

Hello,Since version 18.3 with Fabric theme the spinner icon in ProgressButton is not animating.I've attached a sample, to test it, please click the button and see that there is no rotating icon.Tested from version 18.3.35 to 18.3.42.Thank you.Attachment: ProgressButton_Demo_bfed7691.zip
