TimperPicker throws NullReferenceException if navigating to a page a second time

Hi,

if i navigate a second time to a page using shell navigation the SfTimePicker controls throws a NullReferenceException, even if i have no properties set.

I'm using the latest nuget package with Version 18.2.0.58

Reproduce Steps
1. Navigate to page with SfTimePicker using Shell navigation
2. The first time the navigation works and the page is shown correctly
3. Navigate to any other page using Shell navigation.
4. Renavigate to the page with SfTimePicker using Shell navigation
Result: The SfTimePicker throws a NullReferenceException.

We have analyzed your query and we could able to reproduce the issue when navigate the page using shell  navigation. We have fixed the issue and please find assemblies from below.

Custom Assemblies:

Assembly version :18.2.0.58

Since 18.2.0.58 is a weekly NuGet release, we are not able to generate patch in 18.2.0.58 version. We can generate patch only for Main release and SP1 release versions, so we have provided the custom assemblies in 18.2.0.58.

Due to Volume 3 main release this week so, we don't have weekly release this week. And the fix will be included in the next weekly which is expected to be rolled out on October 13, 2020.
