Tooltip Timing

How to increase tooltip timing in mobile for All Type of Charts.

We have analysed your query. From that, we would like to let you know that we could increase the fadeout Duration of the tooltip while mouse leave the point using fadeOutDuration property in the tooltip property of the chart. But as of now we have Fadeout Duration support only for mouse hover events. Since we are validating the possibility of achieving your requirement through touch event. We will update the status within two business days (September 1 2020). If still, this is not your exact requirement. kindly revert us with more information which will be helpful for further analysis and provide you solution sooner.

Yes, we required the same feature on the touch event. Either Tooltip have any close option or only close after touching anywhere else

Currently, we do not have support to provide the fadeOutDuration support for the touch events, and therefore we have considered this scenario as a feature request and you can keep track of it from the below feedback portal link.
