Nested Rows and merging

I need nesting in a greed as shown in the pictures. Is there any recommended way how to achieve this?

Gird to be nested on 3 levels (columns):

Expanding happens from the column where plus is positioned forward, i.e. the rows of the previous columns are merged, as shown:

We are currently working on this to find the feasibility to achieve your requirement to show add button and a combobox in the cell using GridTemplateColumn and to achieve the mentioned behavior to add rows.
