Possibility of having a multi-layout grid

Hi,

I am wondering if it would be possible to have a grid composed of different layouts. I would like to have a portion of the grid that is just a regular grid with a stacked header section, and another section of the grid at the bottom which would be a "horizontal" grid. So the header section of that potion would be on the left-side instead of the top.

Is there a way to accomplish this?
