Community license question

Hi All-

I am an  individual developer who works full time for a company that makes more than 1 million dollars in revenue. However I would like to work on independent projects not related to work. They will not be written for my company but for an independent startup I would like to eventually create. I like your products very much. Can I use the Community License? Again I will be the only developer working on these projects.
