FileExplorer Render Speed

Hi,

When I open folder in File Explorer, which contains multiple subfolders and files(more than 1000) it takes too long to open (render interface).
I found the same problem in the forum (https://www.syncfusion.com/forums/130217/document-managment-and-file-explorer), but not yet resolved, is there a solution (urgent).
