Data add and show on browser but not store in database

Question

Dear sir,
1- when we add a new record record show in browser but not store in database
2-when we edit any record then last inserted record is updated
i provide a sample for this problem

We suggest you to call the SaveChanges() method of
SMSBAContext to reflect the changes done in the database.
