10+ Years
My Current Role
I work as a Product Manager for the Tree Grid Component product, where my responsibility is to ensure the product evolves in the right direction across development, support, sales, and customer experience. I also guide the team, support decision-making, and stay technically involved because I believe understanding the product deeply is important to support people and build better solutions.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a calm and simple person who believes in staying grounded and focusing on what truly matters in life. I value sincerity, meaningful relationships, and treating people with respect and understanding in both personal and professional life.
The environment I grew up in taught me the importance of discipline and responsibility from an early age. Those experiences continue to shape the way I think, work, and connect with people even today.
My Career Journey
From a young age, I dreamed of becoming a doctor because I believed it was one of the best ways to help people. That dream was deeply influenced by my father, whose compassion and sense of service shaped the way I looked at life.
However, my marks were not enough to pursue medicine, so I chose ECE and completed my engineering degree. After graduation, I planned to continue in my core field through higher studies, but family responsibilities changed that path. I needed to start working sooner to support my family, which led me to choose software as a practical career option.
I joined a three-month Java course and started preparing for interviews. Although I attended several interviews, my experience at Syncfusion felt different. While working through the coding rounds, I felt confident and strongly believed that this was where my career would begin.
That belief became reality when I received my selection call in December 2015. I joined Syncfusion in February 2016, and that marked the beginning of my professional journey and growth.
A Challenge That Strengthened Me
One of the most difficult phases in my life was during the COVID period, when my father’s health became very critical. For nearly six months, the entire family was focused on taking care of him, and every single day felt emotionally and physically exhausting. Since his condition was very weak, we had to be extremely careful with everything, including his food, medicines, and daily routine.
During that time, I carefully kept track of everything and tried to manage the situation responsibly while also handling my office work. The discipline and patience I had learned through work helped me stay strong and manage things in a more organized way at home as well.
When my father slowly recovered, it gave me a completely different level of confidence. That experience taught me that difficult situations can make us much stronger, especially when we face them with patience, responsibility, and hope.
My Inspiration
My biggest inspiration has always been my father. He ran a small textile shop and handled it with great patience and responsibility. He never treated people as just customers; instead, he built relationships through trust and empathy. I grew up watching the way he spoke to people with warmth, respect, and genuine care. That taught me a lot about how people should be treated.
Even with a small income, he worked hard to educate all of us in the family, including my four sisters, at a time when educating girls was not common in many families. His values, discipline, and hard work shaped me deeply and continue to guide me even today.
Life will take you through both highs and lows. What truly matters is how you face it, handle it, and keep moving forward.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
People Who Influenced Me
My manager, Vijayakumar Srinivasan, completely changed the way I understood leadership. Earlier, I believed leadership was mainly about giving instructions and expecting results.
But working with him showed me a very different perspective. He always focused on understanding people first—how to support them, guide them, and bring out their strengths instead of simply assigning work. Watching that approach slowly changed the way I worked with others as well.
Over time, I realized that true leadership is not just about delivering results. It is about helping people grow, building trust, and achieving success together as a team.
How the Journey Shaped Me
Over the years, I have become more confident in the way I handle new situations and challenges. Earlier, I used to believe I needed to be fully prepared before taking the next step. But my journey taught me that confidence matters more than perfect preparation. Today, I trust myself more during difficult phases because I know I can adapt, learn, and grow through every experience.
Bouncing Back from Tough Times
Whenever I go through difficult phases, I believe small changes in routine help more than trying to force clarity immediately. Whether it is going for a walk, writing, or stepping away from work for a while, those small breaks help me reset and return with a calmer mindset. Over time, I have understood that sometimes the best way to move forward is to pause for a moment and come back with a fresh perspective.
My Shift in Beliefs
Over the years, I have learned not to follow things blindly just because many people believe or do them. Earlier, I used to accept things more easily, but now I take time to think for myself before deciding what feels right. Whether it is advice, trends, or things we see on social media, I try to understand the logic behind them instead of accepting them immediately. That change in mindset has helped me make more thoughtful decisions in both life and work.
My Perspective On Leadership
For me, leadership is about guiding the team properly during difficult situations. Not everything goes as expected, so it is important to always be prepared with alternative plans and help the team move forward with confidence. I also believe a good leader should support people during their difficult phases and help them grow along the way.
Gratitude Along the Journey
I am truly grateful to Balaji Sekar, a senior from my team, who made a lasting impact during my early days at the office. At a time when I was quiet, reserved, and focused only on work, he was the first person to reach out and make me feel genuinely included.
That small gesture changed my entire workplace experience. Through him, I gradually connected with the team, formed meaningful friendships, and became part of a circle that felt more like college companionship than a professional environment. Some of my happiest memories at work team outings, shared laughter, and unforgettable moments all began because of him.
What Stayed and Changed in Me Since Childhood
From childhood, I have always been someone who adjusts easily and tries not to hurt people. I believe relationships matter more than ego, so I naturally compromise and work well with the people around me.
But over time, I understood that adjustment should also have limits, especially when responsibility increases. After moving into leadership roles, I realized that always saying yes can create bigger problems for the team. That is when I learned that sometimes saying “no” is also necessary. It is not about changing who I am, but about finding the right balance between kindness and clarity.
Life Beyond Work
I enjoy watching movies, reading books, spending time with friends, and travelling—especially solo bike rides. But among all these, writing is what brings me the greatest sense of peace.
Whenever I feel pressure or emotional confusion, I simply take a paper and start writing. Somehow, it helps me clear my mind in a way nothing else can. I do not maintain a formal diary, but I make it a habit to write down important moments, struggles, and thoughts along with the dates.
When I read them again later, I realize how many phases of life I have already crossed. It reminds me that no difficult moment lasts forever.
For me, writing is more than a habit—it is a way of understanding my thoughts and finding peace within myself.
