My Current Role
I work on Bold Reports Designer, focusing on understanding customer requirements, analyzing them in depth, and identifying the best approach to address them. I work closely with the team to track progress, resolve challenges, and ensure projects move forward smoothly. I also focus on improving product stability, driving continuous enhancements, and creating long-term value for customers.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a curious person who enjoys learning and exploring new things. Whether it is technology or everyday life skills, I enjoy understanding how things work and finding ways to do them myself. Being self-reliant has always encouraged me to keep learning and trying new things.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and exploring new places, especially those surrounded by nature. Over the years, I have become a calmer and more patient person, learning to approach situations from different perspectives. I also believe in helping others whenever I can, and these values continue to shape who I am today.
My Career Journey
My dream was to become an architect or civil engineer. During my school days, I had the opportunity to closely observe the construction of our new house, and that experience sparked a genuine interest in how things are designed and built. For a while, I imagined my future in that field.
As I moved through my school years, however, a teacher introduced me to the world of programming. The more I learned about computers and how software works behind the scenes, the more curious I became. That curiosity gradually led me towards the IT field.
After college, I began my professional journey as a CCTV Technician while waiting for an opportunity in IT. A year later, a friend informed me about an opening at Syncfusion. I attended the interview, got selected, and joined the company in 2015. That opportunity changed the direction of my career. It gave me the platform to learn, grow, and build the journey I had hoped for in the technology field.
What Success Means to Me
To me, success is not defined by being first or staying ahead of others. I see success as continuous progress and personal growth.
If I am better today than I was yesterday, I consider that a success. Whether it is solving a problem, learning something new, or improving in a small way, every step forward matters. Success, for me, is not about comparison—it is about becoming a better version of myself each day.
People Who Inspired Me
Personally, my father has been a major influence in my life. He taught me the importance of managing finances responsibly and showed me how a family can continue to move forward even through difficult times.
Another person who inspired me was one of my college professors. As someone who naturally asks a lot of questions, I was always amazed by the way he taught. His explanations were so clear and detailed that I rarely felt the need to ask for further clarification. The clarity and depth with which he shared knowledge left a lasting impression on me.
Professionally, Balaji and Soundararajan have played an important role in my journey. Balaji, my first training mentor, gave me the confidence to grow in this field. Soundararajan continues to inspire me through the way he approaches difficult situations and turns them into solutions—something I am still learning from today.
The moment you look at a problem from a different perspective, you begin to see possibilities instead of obstacles.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
A Challenge That Strengthened Me
A few months after stepping into a leadership role, I found myself in a situation where my team had to be rebuilt from scratch. At the same time, customer commitments continued as usual, which meant I had to focus on both delivering ongoing work and building a stable team for the future.
It took more than a year to bring things back to stability. That experience strengthened my sense of responsibility and taught me the importance of staying committed even during difficult situations. It was a demanding phase, but it played a significant role in shaping me as a leader.
This is Where I Belong
A defining moment in my journey came when I was entrusted with complete ownership of the Hazox consulting project. It was the first time I had the opportunity to independently drive a project from beginning to end, taking responsibility for everything from understanding requirements to delivering the final outcome.
Successfully delivering the project gave me a sense of confidence that I had never experienced before. More importantly, it reassured me that I had chosen the right career path. It was one of those moments that made me pause and think, “Yes, this is where I belong.”
Bouncing Back From Tough Times
Whenever I face a setback, I try not to remain focused on the problem alone. Instead, I shift my attention to smaller tasks that I can complete successfully. Those small wins help rebuild my confidence and give me the clarity to revisit the challenge from a different perspective. When needed, I also discuss it with colleagues or mentors, as even a simple conversation can help uncover new ideas and solutions.
People Who Influenced Me
Mageshyadav Munuswamy, a former employee, had a significant influence on the way I think about leadership. He showed me that it is possible to build strong relationships within a team while still maintaining focus on results and accountability.
His ability to balance a friendly approach with effective leadership left a lasting impression on me. It is a quality I have tried to carry forward in my own leadership journey.
My Perspective on Leadership
I believe leadership is not about having all the answers or expecting others to simply follow instructions. A good leader encourages people to think independently, share their perspectives, and take ownership of their decisions.
At the same time, a leader must continue learning and growing alongside the team. To me, one of the most important responsibilities of leadership is helping people develop their skills, build confidence, and prepare themselves for greater responsibilities in the future.
Life Beyond Work
Earlier, I used to unwind by watching movies, which helped me refresh my mind. Over time, my priorities have shifted, and now I find relaxation in spending time with my children. Playing with them and being fully present in those moments helps me disconnect from work and brings a sense of balance to my life.
Gratitude Along the Journey
One person I am grateful for is Kiruba Sagari. We worked together at Syncfusion, and over time she became like a sister to me. What started as a professional relationship gradually grew into a personal bond, and she became someone who was deeply connected with both me and my family.
I feel fortunate to have gained not just a colleague, but a sister-like friend through my journey.
A Phase I Would Relive
If I could go back and relive one phase of my life, it would be my college days. Those years were filled with friendships, experiences, and memories that continue to hold a special place in my heart.
What made that time particularly meaningful was the journey itself. Every day, I travelled to college by train with a group of friends, and those journeys became an experience of their own. Meeting different people, listening to their stories, and sharing countless conversations along the way made each day feel unique. As someone who loves travelling and exploring new places, those daily journeys brought me immense joy.
A Dream of My Life
One dream that has stayed with me over the years is creating a large garden of my own. I once had a small garden, but I had to let it go because of unavoidable circumstances. Even so, the dream never faded.
Growing up in a village and watching my grandparents care for plants sparked my interest in gardening at a young age. Even today, I hope to create a space filled with greenery that I can nurture and enjoy. It is a simple dream, but one that continues to hold a special place in my heart.
