When things feel out of control, I usually take a step back and give myself a few minutes to think calmly. Instead of rushing into decisions, I try to understand what the actual problem is and why it happened in the first place. 

Once I have a clear picture of the situation, it becomes easier to decide what to do next. I have learned that even a short pause can bring a lot of clarity. It helps me look at the situation from a different perspective and focus on finding a solution rather than worrying about the problem itself. I believe that every problem has a solution, and that mindset helps me move forward with confidence even during difficult situations. 

During my first few months at Syncfusion, I often wondered whether I had chosen the right path. Everything was new, and I was still learning, which made the journey feel challenging at times. 

As I gained more experience and became comfortable with my work, that uncertainty slowly began to fade. By the end of my first year, I felt more confident in what I was doing and realized that I was moving in the right direction. Receiving recognition for my work further strengthened that feeling and gave me confidence that my efforts were making a difference. 

Looking back, those experiences helped me realize that I had found a place where I could learn, grow, and build my career.

For me, one of the most important qualities of a leader is the ability to listen. When someone approaches us with a concern or idea, we should first take the time to understand what they are saying before responding. Listening patiently and responding appropriately plays an important role in managing a team. 

I also believe a leader should act as a guide and mentor. Beyond managing work, a leader should be available to support the team and help them move in the right direction. In my view, leadership is about being approachable, listening to people, and guiding them when they need support. 

When I look back on my journey, the person I feel most grateful for is my sister. She has been by my side through every phase of life, offering her support whenever I needed it. No matter the situation, I have always known that I could count on her. 

One moment that stands out is the support she gave me during my maternity period. She was there for me throughout that time and helped me in many ways. Her care, support, and constant presence have meant a lot to me, and I will always be grateful for having her by my side.
