My Current Role
I work as a Senior Product Manager, handling the Spreadsheet product across multiple platforms. My role focuses on strengthening the overall product experience by improving quality, reliability, and customer value. For me, product management is not just about building features, but about building trust through consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a calm and composed person who prefers keeping a small circle. I naturally like keeping things neat and organized, whether it is my surroundings or work environment. I have always believed in being sincere, disciplined, and responsible in both personal and professional life.
Over the years, working with different teams and taking up responsibilities gradually helped me become more comfortable interacting and collaborating with people. It slowly changed the way I connected with others and helped me grow beyond my naturally introverted personality.
My Career Journey
As a child, my ambitions changed with every stage of life. Since my father was an ex-serviceman, I grew up in a disciplined environment and dreamed of joining the Navy. I even prepared for the entrance exams, but my family was hesitant because the job meant being away from home for long periods.
Over time, I developed an interest in computers and started exploring different computer courses after my 12th standard. That interest eventually led me to pursue ECE at Adhiyamaan College in Hosur. After graduating in 2015, finding opportunities as a fresher was not easy, and there was even a phase when I almost accepted a sales job because I was unsure of what came next.
During that time, I came across an interview opportunity at Syncfusion by chance. I attended it with little preparation, simply because I didn’t want to miss an opportunity. That one decision changed the course of my career. I joined as a developer, and the journey has shaped me into the person I am today.
Finding a Sense of Belonging
I started feeling a strong sense of belonging when people began trusting me with responsibilities. Whenever a task was given to me, I always tried to complete it properly and give my best effort, whether it was a small task or a major responsibility.
Over time, my managers and leads started recognizing that sincerity and expressed confidence in my work. That trust gave me the feeling that I was moving in the right direction and encouraged me to keep growing in my journey at Syncfusion.
Even today, earning and maintaining that trust is something I value deeply.
People Who Inspired Me
Personally, my elder cousin, Pazhani. Coming from a small village and difficult financial circumstances, he became the first graduate in our family and one of the first people from our village to pursue a professional career outside. Watching his journey at a young age changed the way I looked at life and motivated me to aim higher for myself. During an important phase in my career, his guidance also helped me stay patient and make the right decisions.
Professionally, Hari Venkatesh has had a major influence on my career. When I entered the IT industry, I had very little understanding of professional work culture. Through his discipline, structure, and guidance, he shaped the way I approach work and responsibility today. Many of the practices and standards I follow with my own team are inspired by the values he introduced to me early in my career.
Treat everyone with equal respect and kindness. The relationships you build today become the foundation of your growth, success, and fulfillment in life.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
My Personal Achievement
One of my biggest personal achievements is earning my parents' confidence and peace of mind through the choices I made in life. From my school days to my college education and now in my professional journey, I always wanted them to feel secure about my future and proud of the path I chose.
I was never an extraordinary student, but I stayed consistent, focused, and responsible in whatever I pursued. Completing my education with distinction and building a stable career gave me satisfaction, but more than that, it gave my parents confidence and happiness.
For me, the biggest achievement is knowing that my parents feel secure and proud when they look at the life I have built for myself.
How the Journey Shaped Me
In my early days, I was very introverted and often reacted quickly without much patience. Over time, working with different teams and leaders taught me the importance of emotional balance and understanding people better.
That experience changed the way I approached both work and relationships. I learned how to support team members, handle situations more calmly, and guide others without affecting their confidence.
Today, if I am able to handle responsibilities and people more effectively, it is because I gradually evolved from being reactive to becoming more responsible.
My Advice to Young Professionals
My biggest advice to young professionals is to never hesitate to communicate openly. Talk to your seniors and team members, ask questions, discuss ideas, and seek guidance whenever needed. Many problems become easier to solve when we share our thoughts and learn from different perspectives instead of trying to handle everything alone.
At the same time, stay connected with your family and the people around you, because their support brings balance, clarity, and peace of mind. I believe professional growth is not just about technical skills, but also about communication, openness, and the willingness to keep learning.
My Perspective on Leadership
For me, the most important quality of a good leader is treating people with respect, regardless of their role or experience. When people feel respected, they naturally become more comfortable sharing ideas, discussing problems, and building trust within the team.
I believe leadership is not just about managing work, but also about understanding people and supporting them in the right way. When a team feels valued, growth and performance follow naturally.
My Shift in Beliefs
Earlier, I believed that everything had to be done perfectly. Whenever I took responsibility for something, I tried to handle every part of it on my own. Over time, I realized that this mindset created unnecessary pressure and made me overthink even good outcomes.
During that phase, my managers gave me an important piece of advice: not everything needs perfection, but everything needs quality. That changed the way I approached work. I slowly understood that delivering work consistently and working well as a team matters more than trying to control everything individually.
That shift in mindset helped me become more balanced, practical, and confident in the way I handle responsibilities today.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success means earning people’s trust. Whenever someone gives me an important responsibility, I see success in making them feel that trusting me was the right decision.
It has never been about titles or recognition for me. The real satisfaction comes when people know they can depend on my work with confidence. That feeling has always meant more to me than external achievements.
For me, true success is about becoming someone others can trust and rely on wholeheartedly.
Life Beyond Work
My life outside work is quite simple. Music is something I always make time for, no matter how hectic life gets. It helps me slow down, clear my mind, and stay refreshed.
I am also a pet lover and have two dogs who have been my constant companions for the past five years. They are more than just pets to me—they are my buddies and a part of my family. I spend a lot of my free time with them, and they bring a great deal of happiness and energy into my life.
Apart from that, I enjoy playing games occasionally and watching movies during weekends to relax and unwind.
Moments That Make Me Smile
One memory that still makes me smile is an early team outing during my initial years at Syncfusion. It was the first time I travelled outside Chennai with my colleagues, and we spent time together at the beach.
The funny part is that I do not know how to swim and would usually stay away from the water. But that day, I completely forgot all of that. I went into the water with my team, laughed, played, and lived in the moment without thinking too much.
Even today, looking back at those photos brings back a genuine smile. It was a simple moment, but one I will always remember fondly.
