My Current Role

I currently work as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on the React platform, where I serve as the Product Owner for the Tools and Scheduler components. I also work on the Scheduler and File Manager components across EJ2 and Blazor. Along with driving the product direction for these components, I work closely with the teams, coordinating their efforts and supporting them to ensure the product continues to grow and deliver value to our customers.

About Me

I would describe myself as a simple, calm, grounded, and family-oriented person. I’m naturally curious and adaptable, and I always enjoy learning new things.

I believe in being straightforward and honest. I prefer to speak when it is necessary, express my thoughts clearly, and stay true to what I believe is right.

My Career Journey

Like many students, I had different dreams while growing up. From around sixth or seventh standard, I was drawn to Civil Services and often imagined myself becoming an IAS or IPS officer one day.

As I grew older, my interests gradually evolved. When it was time to choose my higher studies, I had to decide between a Bachelor of Science and an Engineering degree, and I chose Engineering based on what felt right for me at that stage of my life.

That decision opened the door to a new direction. As my interest in technology continued to grow, it naturally led me toward a career in software development, eventually bringing me to Syncfusion.

How the Journey Shaped Me

One of the biggest changes in me came after I moved into a management role. It helped me realize that every person sees and approaches situations differently, and there is rarely just one way of looking at things.

Earlier, I would often view situations from my own perspective. Over time, I learned the importance of understanding other people’s viewpoints before making decisions. That shift has helped me respond with greater clarity and balance, both at work and in everyday life.

Looking at situations through different perspectives has made me more patient, thoughtful, and balanced in the way I approach people and decisions.

A Challenge That Strengthened Me

One of the most challenging phases in my career came when I started working on the Scheduler component. During the early stages of its development, I had to handle much of the work independently, which was very different from the team-based approach I was used to.

Without others to discuss ideas with or rely on for immediate guidance, I had to analyze problems carefully and make decisions on my own. It was challenging at first, but the experience pushed me to think more independently and take complete ownership of my work.

That phase became one of the most valuable learning experiences in my journey. It gave me the confidence to handle complex responsibilities independently and strengthened both my decision-making and sense of ownership.

Every problem has a root cause, and every root cause leads to a solution through clarity and learning.

My Best Appreciation

 One of the most memorable appreciations I received came during my work on the Blazor platform. While developing a native component, we initially followed one approach, but in a later release the architecture was completely redesigned. I took ownership of implementing the new design and successfully delivered it as a complete solution.

The effort was appreciated by the management, and that recognition has stayed with me ever since. Moments like these remind me that dedication and ownership never go unnoticed, and they continue to motivate me to give my best.
