For ten days, we barely went home... but that's not the part of the story I remember most...

The appreciation I value most came from the project that challenged my confidence the most...

13+ Years
My Current Role
I currently serve as the Product Line Owner for .NET MAUI and Flutter, where I drive the overall vision and direction of both products. My role involves defining the product roadmap, guiding the team, and ensuring features are delivered smoothly and on time. I also contribute to product marketing and provide the final sign-off before each release, ensuring every product meets our quality standards and aligns with user expectations.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I would describe myself as a calm and slightly introverted person. I tend to be reserved when I first meet people, but as I become more comfortable, I gradually open up and communicate more freely.
I am also an easy-going person who prefers not to dwell on things for too long. If something needs to be addressed, I believe in discussing it at the right moment, resolving it, and moving forward without holding on to it.
My Career Journey
My initial interest was in electronics and computer hardware because I have always been curious about how things work. Even as a child, I would often take apart my toys just to understand what was inside. After completing college, I planned to continue in that direction by pursuing a course related to hardware or electronics.
However, due to financial constraints, I decided to focus on finding a job instead. While preparing for interviews, I began learning programming languages to improve my chances of getting selected. What started as a practical decision gradually introduced me to software development and eventually led me to join Syncfusion as a Software Engineer in the Windows Forms team.
Although my career began differently from what I had originally planned, that unexpected turn opened up new opportunities and set the foundation for the journey that followed.
Key Learning and Challenges
One of the biggest lessons in my journey has been the importance of stepping outside my comfort zone. During my first year in the Windows Forms team, I mainly worked on support, handling customer tickets while gradually improving my programming skills. Although I could have continued in that role, I chose to move into development, and that decision gave me the confidence to take on bigger challenges.
A defining phase came when I joined the Xamarin team in its early days. With very few learning resources available, we learned by experimenting, rebuilding, and developing components from the ground up. It was challenging, but it gave me a strong technical foundation and taught me the value of learning through exploration.
Later, I took on the role of Product Line Owner for .NET MAUI. My responsibilities expanded beyond development to working across teams, aligning priorities, and driving the product forward. Adapting to these broader responsibilities helped me grow not only as a technical professional but also as a leader.
People Who Inspired Me
My greatest inspiration has always been my managers, as they had already experienced many of the responsibilities I would later take on. Watching how they approached their work gave me valuable insights, and as I gradually stepped into similar roles, I carried those learnings forward and shared them with my own team.
Among them, Selva Ganapathy and Rajasekar have had the greatest influence on my journey. I had the opportunity to work closely with Selva Ganapathy for much of my career, and through both of them, I learned how to handle challenging situations, manage escalations, and approach problems from both management and customer perspectives. Those experiences have greatly shaped the way I take on responsibilities and make decisions today.
True growth comes from giving your best, learning through every challenge, and never giving up

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
My Best Appreciation
One of the most meaningful appreciations I have received came through our collaboration with the Microsoft team as part of our work on .NET MAUI. I was involved in building that partnership from the beginning, and it was a completely new experience for me.
Initially, I lacked confidence because we were working directly with Microsoft, where the expectations for quality are exceptionally high. As the collaboration progressed, we began receiving positive feedback from customers, and our work was appreciated by our General Manager, Vijayanand sir.
That recognition meant a great deal to me. More than the appreciation itself, it gave me the confidence that we were meeting high standards and delivering meaningful value through our work.
A Moment That Stayed with Me
One of the moments I remember most from my time in the Windows Forms team was working on a Spreadsheet control.
It was a complex feature being developed by another team under the same manager. As the release approached and the work became more challenging, our team stepped in to help bring it to completion.
For nearly ten days, we worked around the clock, often going to the office in the morning and returning home only the following afternoon. After all that effort, while making the final commit just before the release, an issue caused the feature to crash, and it eventually had to be dropped.
Although the outcome was disappointing, what has stayed with me is the dedication and teamwork we shared throughout those days. Working so closely under pressure brought us together, and the friendships we built during that time have lasted ever since. Even today, many of those teammates remain some of my closest friends, and we continue to stay connected.
Gratitude Along the Journey
One of the people I am especially grateful to in my journey is my former manager, Christopher Isaac Sundar. When I transitioned from the Windows Forms team to Xamarin, he entrusted me with that opportunity, and it became a turning point in my career.
Moving to Xamarin gave me the opportunity to build a strong foundation in a new technology and opened the door to many of the responsibilities I have today. I remain grateful for the trust he placed in me at that stage of my journey, as it played a significant role in shaping my career.
A Phase I Would Relive
If I could relive one phase of my journey, it would be my early days at Syncfusion. Most of us had joined as freshers, and being at a similar stage in our careers brought as closer. We learned together, supported one another, and shared countless memorable moments along the way.
Coming to the office itself was something I looked forward to because of the energy, collaboration, and friendships within the team. As the years passed, our responsibilities grew and things naturally changed, but those early days of learning, laughter, and teamwork are moments I would happily experience all over again.
Life Beyond Work
Outside of work, I enjoy playing shuttle or badminton whenever I get the chance, and I also like unwinding by watching web series.
These days, however, most of my free time is happily spent with my family, especially my children. Whether it is playing with them or simply being there for them, those moments mean the most to me. I also enjoy catching up with friends over a cup of tea, keeping things simple and relaxed.
A Lesson from My Journey
One lesson my journey has taught me is to give my best to every opportunity that comes my way. The path we choose may not always unfold as we expect, but that does not mean it cannot lead to something meaningful.
What matters most is the effort we put into the opportunities we receive. When we commit ourselves wholeheartedly, we continue to learn, grow, and create success along the way. My own journey has taken unexpected turns, but each one has helped me move forward and become the person I am today.
