13+ Years
My Current Role
I work as an Operational Process Manager, leading the Operational Process and Business Data Analyst teams. My role involves understanding requirements from different teams, identifying improvements, and helping convert those requirements into workable processes. I also support teams through reporting and data insights that help them track performance and make better decisions.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a straightforward and responsible person who believes in giving my best in everything I take up. Once I commit to something, I like to give it my complete involvement. Over the years, I have been consciously working on understanding others’ perspectives before sharing my own thoughts.
Beyond work, my world revolves around my family. Spending time with my children and loved ones helps me relax and brings me happiness. I also enjoy learning new things, whether it is reading, gardening, trying a new skill, or even solving a Rubik’s Cube with my son. Whenever something interests me, I like to learn it and put in the effort to do it well.
My Career Journey
Teaching was always close to my heart. Even during my college days, I enjoyed explaining concepts to my classmates, conducting seminars, and helping others prepare for exams. Later, when I started helping my mother with tuition classes, I realized how much I genuinely enjoyed teaching. In fact, if I hadn’t entered the IT industry, I would have happily chosen teaching as my profession.
After graduation, I spent nearly eight months searching for a job. Since my family’s situation didn’t allow me to move to another city like many of my friends, I joined Riskspan as a Data Analyst. However, after a few months, my role came to an end when the work was automated. While exploring my next step, I started learning Android development.
Around that time, I came across an opportunity at Syncfusion. I was selected as a Developer Support Coordinator and later joined the Hardware team. Looking back, that opportunity was one of the best decisions of my life. It not only shaped my career but also helped me become the person I am today.
My Advice to Young Minds
My advice to young professionals is not to expect success to come easily. Every new role comes with its own challenges, and it is important to be willing to learn, adapt, and put in consistent effort. Don’t give up after your first attempt or limit yourself by thinking, “This is all I can do.” Keep learning, keep trying, and always look for ways to do better.
I always say not to overthink everything. Sometimes, we keep thinking about the same problem over and over again, which only makes it feel bigger. Instead, give yourself some space and look at the situation with a clear mind. Very often, the solution becomes much easier to find when we stop overthinking it.
Finding a Sense of Belonging
One of the moments that made me feel I truly belonged was when I received the Spotlight Award in 2023, about a year after joining Jessica and Jaclyn’s team. It came as a complete surprise to me. Along with the award, they gave me an appreciation certificate saying that I had given 200% after taking on a leadership role. Reading those words meant a lot to me because they showed that the effort I had put into my work had been recognized. Even today, I still have that appreciation certificate with me because it is a memory I truly cherish.
No matter how difficult the journey becomes, consistent effort will always help you move forward.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Values I Live By
I always try to be open-minded and compassionate. I don't believe in being stubborn or thinking that my way is always the right way. Every situation is different, so I try to understand the other person's perspective before sharing my own thoughts. Listening to others has helped me handle situations better, and I continue to make a conscious effort to do that.
I also believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn. If someone makes an honest mistake, I would rather guide them, help them understand it, and give them another chance instead of judging them immediately. I have reached where I am today because people gave me the opportunity to learn and improve, and I believe in giving others that same opportunity to learn.
Reframing My Understanding
Earlier, I believed that doing everything myself was the right way. But as I grew into a leadership role, I realized that this approach limits both me and my team. I started delegating responsibilities and encouraging my team to think and contribute.
This not only improved efficiency but also helped them grow. Now, I focus more on guiding and enabling rather than doing everything myself. This shift has helped me become a better leader and manage my responsibilities more effectively.
My Inspiration
In my professional journey, I have been deeply inspired by Daniel sir and my seniors Jessica and Jaclyn. What stands out to me is their clarity, consistency, and the way they stay updated and involved despite handling multiple responsibilities. Observing their approach has motivated me to improve myself and aim for higher standards in my work.
On a personal level, my biggest inspiration has always been my parents. My father’s discipline and punctuality, even after so many years, continue to motivate me every day. My mother’s dedication to managing both home and responsibilities with consistency is something I truly admire. Their lives have shown me what commitment and perseverance really mean, and that continues to inspire me in everything I do.
What Success Means to Me
To me, success is not just about achieving something big. I believe even the small milestones along the way deserve to be celebrated because they keep us motivated to move forward. Whether it is finding the solution to a problem, learning something new, or accomplishing a task that once felt difficult, I see each of those moments as a success.
If I keep waiting for one big achievement to define success, the journey can easily become stressful. Instead, I prefer to appreciate every small step forward because each one encourages me to keep improving. For me, those small successes eventually lead to bigger ones, and that is how I define success.
Life Beyond Work
Outside of work, I find happiness in simple things. Spending time with my children and family helps me relax and recharge. I also enjoy quiet moments, like praying, sitting peacefully, taking care of my plants. Earlier, I enjoyed doing creative activities like craft work, embroidery, and painting, which allowed me to express myself in different ways. Even though I may not always find time for them now, those interests remain close to me. At the end of the day, relaxation is not about doing something big, but about finding comfort in small moments that bring calmness and joy to my life.
Gratitude Along the Journey
When I look back on my journey, the people I feel most grateful for are my parents. They have stood by me through every stage of my life, making countless sacrifices to give my siblings and me a good education and a stable future. No matter what challenges we faced, they were always there to support us, encourage us, and help us move forward.
After my marriage, my husband became another pillar of support in my life. During every difficult phase, he has stood by me with understanding and encouragement, giving me the strength to face challenges with confidence.
Whenever I have felt low or uncertain, the unwavering support of my parents and my husband has given me the motivation to keep going.
