My Current Role

I work as a Product Owner for the PDF Library. My primary responsibilities include managing my team, supporting the product’s growth, contributing to marketing-related initiatives, handling product support, and maintaining the overall quality of the product. I am also involved in reviewing and finalizing key product decisions that contribute to the product’s overall direction and growth.

About Me

I’m a calm and simple person who enjoys spending time with family and friends. I come from an agricultural family, and I like approaching both work and life with patience. Whether it is at work or in my personal life, I like putting in my best effort and finding the right way to solve problems.

I enjoy being fully involved in whatever I take up. If I get an opportunity to help someone, I am always happy to do so. Honesty and hard work are values I have always believed in, and I continue to live by them today.

My Career Journey

During my childhood, I wanted to secure a government job. As I grew older and started studying computer science, my interest gradually shifted towards building a career in the IT industry. I was always ready to make the best of whatever opportunity came my way.

After completing my MCA, I started attending interviews. One of my college seniors, who had already joined Syncfusion, encouraged me to attend an interview here. Syncfusion was the first company I interviewed with, and receiving an offer from my very first interview made it a memorable beginning to my career.

I joined Syncfusion as a Software Engineer and, after completing my initial training, started working on the PDF Library. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to contribute in different roles and take on various responsibilities, growing both technically and professionally. Looking back, I’m happy that a single opportunity turned into a long and meaningful journey.

My Advice to Young Professionals

Stay focused on your goals and give your best in whatever you do. When you are assigned a task, take the time to understand it properly and break it down into smaller steps, as this makes it easier to approach and complete.

At the same time, be willing to put in the effort needed to learn and grow, especially during the early stages of your career. Consistent effort, combined with the right approach, will help you learn, improve, and progress over time.

Finding Clarity in Chaos

Whenever things feel out of control, the first thing I remind myself is not to react with anger or panic. I believe that getting worked up only makes it harder to think clearly and solve the problem. Instead, I try to stay calm, understand the situation, and look at the different ways I can handle it before deciding on the best approach.

Whether it is at work or in my personal life, I have found that even the biggest challenges become easier to manage when I take a step back and think with a clear mind. Staying calm helps me focus on what needs to be done instead of making the situation more complicated.

No matter how challenging the situation may be, stay calm and focus on the next step. Every problem has a solution.
