My Current Role
I work as a Senior Product Manager for Essential Studio Gantt Chart, where I take end-to-end ownership of the product, ensuring it evolves in the right direction and delivers value to users. My role also involves guiding the team, improving the product, and keeping it aligned with user needs and business goals. Overall, my responsibility is to ensure the product continues to grow in a way that is useful, consistent, and meaningful for customers.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am naturally a quiet and introverted person, and I usually take time to get close to people. But once I do, those relationships tend to stay strong for years. I have always liked being prepared and thinking ahead, whether it is at work or in life, because it helps me handle situations with more clarity and less stress. Over the years, I have become more patient and accepting. I have also learned to pause, observe, and understand things before reacting. Today, I try to approach life with balance, stay grounded during difficult times, and take responsibility in a thoughtful way.
My Career Journey
My interests kept evolving as I grew up, so I never had a single dream career in mind. However, I always wanted to build a better and more comfortable life where I could support my needs and fulfil the small aspirations that mattered to me.
During my school days, I developed a strong interest in mathematics, and later, programming became something I genuinely enjoyed. That was when I realized that IT was the right path for me, and I stayed focused on moving in that direction without exploring many alternatives.
My career journey took shape during college when I completed an internship and received a full-time offer. Around the same time, one of my seniors, who was working at Syncfusion, encouraged me to explore an opportunity here and guided me through the process. His support gave me confidence at a time when I had many questions about my future, and looking back, joining Syncfusion in 2015 turned out to be one of the most important decisions in my journey.
People Who Influenced Me
I have been fortunate to learn from many people throughout my journey, and each of them has shaped the way I think and work in different ways. Bharat Marimuthu inspired me during my early years with his growth and the confidence with which he handled responsibilities. His journey showed me the importance of consistent effort and approaching challenges with a positive mindset.
Vijayanand sir taught me that leadership is about understanding situations and responding in the right way. The balance and clarity with which he handled different circumstances gave me valuable lessons that I still carry with me. More recently, Mohammed Farooq Jinna has helped me broaden my perspective on leadership. The way he organizes his team and handles responsibilities has given me practical insights, and the guidance I have received from him has helped me grow with greater confidence and clarity.
Finding a Sense of Belonging
One thing that has always stood out in my journey is receiving the right opportunities at the right time. Even when I did not expect them, I was trusted with new responsibilities and encouraged to take the next step in my growth. Every role and opportunity helped me learn something new and gave me the confidence to take on greater responsibility.
What made me feel a true sense of belonging was knowing that my efforts were recognized and that I was continuously given the space to grow. Looking back, I feel grateful that each stage of my journey unfolded at the right time and in the right way.
Not every experience needs to be lived, some lessons are meant to be learned from others.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success is not just about completing a task or achieving something personally. It becomes meaningful only when the work is useful, creates value, and makes a positive difference to the people it is meant for. Knowing that something I worked on has genuinely helped others is what makes the effort truly worthwhile.
I also value genuine appreciation because it reassures me that the effort has achieved its purpose. More than recognition itself, it is the confirmation that the work has made the intended impact that matters to me. That is how I define success.
My Advice to Young Professionals
I believe the early years of a career are the best time to learn, explore, and build a strong foundation. When we focus on gaining knowledge and understanding our work deeply, growth and opportunities naturally follow with time.
At the same time, it is equally important to take care of our health and maintain balance in life. Professional success becomes truly fulfilling when we have the well-being and peace of mind to enjoy it. For me, continuous learning, and a healthy balance are what make any career journey sustainable and rewarding.
Values I Live By
One value I never compromise on is being honest with myself. If something doesn't feel right, I choose not to do it, even if it seems like the easier or more rewarding option at that moment. I believe that staying true to myself gives me far more peace than any short-term gain.
At the same time, I try to be mindful of how my actions affect others. Every decision has an impact, and I believe it should be made with responsibility and respect. For me, integrity isn't just about doing the right thing for myself—it's also about treating the people around me with the same honesty and sincerity.
How the Journey Shaped Me
One of the biggest changes in me has been the way I look at work and people. In the early stages of my career, I focused mainly on my own responsibilities and viewed things from a very limited perspective. I often looked only at the task in front of me without fully understanding the larger purpose behind certain decisions and processes.
As I moved into different roles and took on more responsibilities, I gradually learned to see the bigger picture. I began to understand that every requirement, process, and decision is connected to a larger goal, and that clarity comes only when we look beyond our own individual roles.
This journey has also made me more empathetic as a leader. I remember the confusion and challenges I faced during my early years, and that helps me guide my team with greater patience and understanding. Today, I believe that giving people the right context and clarity is just as important as assigning the work itself.
My Perspective on Leadership
I believe a good leader should be more of a mentor than just a supervisor. Instead of questioning people when something goes wrong, a leader should show them a better way to approach it. When guidance comes first, people feel more comfortable learning and improving.
Clear communication is equally important. If expectations are not explained properly, it is difficult to expect the right outcome. Giving people clear direction from the beginning helps them understand what needs to be done and work with confidence.
I also feel that a leader should lead by example. When leaders follow the same standards they expect from others, people naturally respect and follow them. For me, good leadership is about guiding people, communicating clearly, and setting the right example through actions.
What Keeps Me Going
What keeps me going is the opportunity to solve challenges. I do not usually learn something just for the sake of it, but whenever I come across a problem, it naturally pushes me to understand it better and find the right solution. The lessons I gain through those real experiences stay with me far longer than anything I learn in theory.
Over time, this way of learning has become a habit. Every challenge gives me a chance to improve my understanding and approach similar situations with more confidence. That is what keeps me motivated to keep learning and moving forward.
My Personal Achievement
One of the achievements I cherish the most is being able to support my family and provide a better life for them. Coming from a modest background, I have always valued the importance of financial independence and the ability to fulfill the needs and aspirations of my loved ones.
Over the years, I have been fortunate to grow both personally and professionally, which has helped me contribute more confidently to my family's well-being. The satisfaction of being in a position to support them and create a comfortable life is something I truly treasure.
For me, this journey is not just about financial progress but also about the sense of responsibility, independence, and growth that came along with it. Looking back, I feel grateful for how far I have come and proud of the steady progress that has shaped who I am today.
Moments That Make Me Smile
One phase that always brings a smile is my early days during the training period. We had around a month of training, and during that time, a group of us from the same batch became very close and it felt more like an extension of college days.
As a group of friends, we would travel together, eat at small roadside shops, and spend time together. Even lunch breaks were special where many of us would bring food from home and sit together in a nearby park and spend time sharing our food and having a lot of conversations. That space would be filled with laughter and small moments that made every day enjoyable.
Looking back now, those days feel simple yet very memorable as they bring a sense of happiness and remind me of how far the journey has come.
