I never expected my journey to be honored at someone else’s farewell.

My Current Role

I work as a Product Manager in Essential Studio – WinForms Grid, where I focus on understanding user needs and identifying the right features and enhancements for our product. I also explore how AI can be integrated into our desktop product to make it more intuitive and easier to use. My goal is to ensure that every improvement we make delivers a better experience and greater value for our users.

About Me

I’m a cheerful person who enjoys life and believes in keeping things simple and positive. I enjoy spending time with my friends, freely sharing my thoughts and experiences with them.

My family has always been my biggest source of support and an important part of who I am. For me, happiness comes from the simple moments I share with the people who matter most, and those relationships are what keep me grounded.

My Career Journey

As a child, I dreamed of becoming a makeup artist because I was fascinated by makeup and liked how it could make someone look more presentable. As I grew older, my interests gradually shifted, and during my higher secondary years, I discovered coding and realized that becoming a developer was the path I wanted to pursue.

At the time, the IT industry was going through a slowdown, so I chose to study Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) instead of Computer Science, believing it would give me the flexibility to build a career in either the IT industry or the core engineering field. After completing college, I learned programming on my own and stayed focused on becoming a developer. I attended only developer interviews, and that journey eventually led me to join Syncfusion as a Software Developer, where I began my professional career.

My Advice to Young Professionals

Starting a new career can feel overwhelming, and it’s natural to be unsure of yourself at first. But remember, you were selected because someone believed in your potential. So don’t let self-doubt stop you from trying. Focus on learning something new every day, no matter how small, because every lesson helps you grow and prepares you for the next step in your journey.

At the same time, don’t carry unnecessary worries or misunderstandings with you. If something isn’t clear or a misunderstanding arises, have an open conversation instead of letting it grow into a bigger problem. I’ve learned that a willingness to learn, confidence in yourself, and honest communication can make both your professional journey and personal relationships much stronger.

People Who Inspired Me

Personally, the person who has inspired me the most is my mother. No matter what challenges came our way, she always took care of our family with strength and a deep sense of responsibility. Watching the way she handled every situation taught me what it truly means to stand by the people who depend on you. Even today, whenever I think about my own family, I find myself guided by the values I learned from her.

Professionally, my leader, Amalraj, has had a significant influence on my journey. He believed in me, helped me grow into a Product Owner, and taught me to approach every responsibility with confidence instead of saying something couldn’t be done. More than his words, it was the way he worked that inspired me. The way he stayed organized, kept track of every follow-up, handled multiple responsibilities with consistency, and never let anything slip shaped the way I lead and manage my own work today.

Gratitude Along the Journey

When I look back on my journey, the first person I feel truly grateful to is my husband. When the opportunity to interview at Syncfusion came my way, he encouraged me to take that chance. Looking back, that simple encouragement became one of the most important decisions of my life, and I'll always be thankful for the confidence he gave me to take that first step.

I'm equally grateful to Syncfusion for giving me the opportunity to build my career and grow along the way. Every step of my journey here has shaped me, both professionally and personally, helping me become the person I am today. The experiences, challenges, and opportunities I've had over the years have made this journey truly meaningful.
