My Current Role

I work as a Product Manager for the ESTD Blazor framework, where I lead the customer support function. My role involves analyzing technical issues, understanding customer requirements, and identifying product improvements based on their feedback. I work closely with the development team to prioritize valuable feature requests while ensuring customer issues are resolved on time. I also guide the support engineers, review their work, and help handle critical situations to deliver a smooth and reliable customer experience.

About Me

I’m naturally an introverted person who prefers to keep my thoughts and emotions to myself. Whether I’m happy or going through a difficult phase, I rarely express it openly and prefer keeping my circle of friends small. I enjoy spending time with them, travelling, and sharing light-hearted moments.

I believe my actions speak louder than my words. I prefer staying focused on my responsibilities and approach life with a calm and grounded mindset.

My Career Journey

Growing up, I never had one fixed dream about what I wanted to become. But I always had an interest in computers, software, and the latest gadgets. As my interest in technology grew, I naturally chose a career in IT. That led me to pursue engineering and, after graduating in 2016, begin my search for a job.

The journey wasn’t easy, and although I attended several interviews, none of them worked out. Around that time, a friend told me about an opportunity at Syncfusion, and we both attended the interview. While waiting to hear back, I decided to enroll in a course that could help me find a job. But on the very day I made up my mind to join, I received an email from Syncfusion informing me that I had been selected. My friend had been selected too, and that’s how my journey at Syncfusion began. I started as a Junior Developer, and looking back, it feels like everything fell into place at just the right time.

My Perspective on Leadership

To me, good leadership is about balancing the needs of the work with the strengths of the people doing it. A leader should make realistic commitments, plan to work carefully, and set timelines the team can achieve without unnecessary pressure. Understanding each team member’s strengths is equally important, because assigning the right responsibilities helps people work with confidence. When expectations are realistic, roles are clear, and the work is planned well, the entire team can perform confidently. That’s what good leadership means to me.

A Phase I Would Relive

If I had the chance to relive one phase of my life, it would be my early years at Syncfusion, working alongside my seniors. As a fresher, every day was a new learning experience, and I was surrounded by people who patiently guided and supported me. Beyond work, we shared memorable conversations, team outings, and experiences that brought us closer. Although many of them have moved on, I still miss that phase, much like people often miss their school days. It was a meaningful chapter of my life that played a significant role in shaping both my career and the person I am today.

Reframing My Understanding

Over the years, my understanding of leadership has gradually evolved. Earlier, whenever my team felt overwhelmed, I would step in and help them complete a few tasks because I believed that was the best way to support them. Looking back, I realized that I learned the most when I started handling challenges on my own.

That changed the way I think about supporting others. While guidance is important, people also need the opportunity to face challenges, find solutions, and grow through the experience. Today, I believe that supporting a team isn't just about solving problems for them—it's also about giving them the confidence to solve those problems on their own.
