9+ Years
My Current Role
I currently work as a Product Manager in the BoldSign team, where I primarily handle product demos, customer support, and live chat interactions. Through these responsibilities, I work closely with customers to understand their needs and help deliver a better product experience.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I’m a simple, traditional, and family-oriented person who values meaningful relationships. I enjoy spending time with my family, and cooking is one of the ways I express my care for the people closest to me. My faith and traditions have always been important parts of my life and continue to guide the way I live.
I’m naturally reserved and prefer a small circle of close friends. I take time to open up, but once I build a relationship, I value it deeply and stand by the people I care about. Whether at work or in my personal life, I believe in being genuine, staying true to myself, and finding happiness in a simple and meaningful way of life.
My Career Journey
Growing up, I always dreamed of becoming a Collector. I enjoyed studying and held on to that ambition throughout my school years. As my family’s circumstances changed, my priorities shifted toward completing my education, finding a stable job, and supporting my family.
Although I came from a biology background, I pursued Computer Science Engineering with my family’s encouragement. During my job search, my sister encouraged me to continue exploring opportunities in IT instead of settling too quickly. Around the same time, I learned about an opening at Syncfusion through one of her friends, and that opportunity changed the course of my career.
I joined Syncfusion as a Software Engineer, and over the years my journey has taken me across different roles. I spent four years in development, three and a half years handling customer demos, one year in Growth Hacking, and later returned to customer demos. Each role broadened my perspective and helped me understand the product, customers, and business from different angles, making my journey one of continuous learning and growth.
My Advice to Young Professionals
For anyone starting their career, my advice is simple: don’t expect everything to feel comfortable from day one. Every workplace is different, and every new role comes with its own challenges. Give yourself time to adapt, learn, and understand the work before deciding whether it’s right for you. The more you embrace new situations instead of resisting them, the more you’ll grow—both personally and professionally.
Gratitude Along the Journey
Looking back, I feel deeply grateful to Syncfusion for opening a new chapter in my life at a time when it truly mattered. It gave me not just a career, but the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a stable future for myself and my family.
That gratitude continues to shape the way I approach my work. Every responsibility I take on is my way of honoring the trust that was placed in me and making the most of the opportunity I was given.
Think before you decide. Some decisions can't be undone.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
My Inspiration
I've been inspired by different people at different stages of my life. Personally, my biggest inspiration is my mother. Watching her manage work, take care of our family, and raise the three of us taught me what responsibility and resilience really mean. As I started managing both my career and family, I began to understand the amount of effort and sacrifice it takes to balance everything. That made me admire her even more.
Professionally, Satish Babu has been a great source of inspiration. I admire the way he communicates with people, handles situations calmly, and gives feedback without making anyone feel discouraged. Watching his approach taught me that good leadership is not just about guiding people but also about making them feel supported. Those are qualities I continue to value and follow in my own journey.
Life Beyond Work
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring one of my favorite hobbies—cooking. I love experimenting with different cuisines and dishes from different states. Trying something new in the kitchen is both exciting and relaxing, and it's one of the ways I enjoy expressing my creativity.
For me, cooking is also a way of showing love and care. I genuinely enjoy preparing meals for my family and close friends, and nothing makes me happier than seeing them enjoy the food I've made. That's one of the simplest ways I express how much they mean to me.
How the Journey Shaped Me
One of the biggest changes this journey has brought is in the way I think. Over the years, my work has taught me to look at every situation from different perspectives. Whether it's solving a problem or making a decision, I naturally think through different possibilities before moving forward. Without even realizing it, that way of thinking has become part of my personal life as well.
It has also changed the way I plan my time and priorities. Earlier, I would complete one task before moving on to the next. Today, I focus on planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks more effectively so that I can make better use of my time. Looking back, these experiences have not only changed the way I work but also the way I approach everyday life.
Finding a Sense of Belonging
There wasn't a single moment when I felt I truly belonged. It happened gradually through the appreciation I received for my work and the opportunities I was trusted with over the years. Every word of encouragement reassured me that my efforts were making a meaningful difference and motivated me to keep improving.
That feeling grew even stronger as I was entrusted with greater responsibilities. Being given the opportunity to lead a team showed me that people believed in my abilities and encouraged me to take on more. Looking back, it was this combination of recognition and trust that gave me a genuine sense of belonging.
Values I Live By
Honesty is one value I never compromise on. I believe in being truthful and straightforward, whether I'm working with my team or interacting with people in my personal life. Being honest helps build trust, strengthens relationships, and allows me to handle situations with clarity. Even when conversations are difficult, I believe it's always better to be open and genuine than to avoid the truth. That's a principle I try to follow in everything I do.
My Shift in Beliefs
One belief I've consciously let go of is that staying silent is always the right thing to do. Growing up, I believed that keeping my opinions to myself helped avoid conflicts, whether at home or with friends. Over time, I realized that constantly holding back my thoughts only made me overthink and carry unnecessary stress.
Today, I believe in expressing my thoughts honestly and respectfully. If something doesn't feel right, I'd rather communicate it openly than let it build up inside me. I've learned that having honest conversations not only helps others understand my perspective but also brings peace of mind. That shift has made me more confident, reduced unnecessary stress, and helped me build healthier relationships.
My Perspective on Leadership
For me, one of the most important qualities of a good leader is the way they approach people. Every leader has the responsibility of guiding their team, but how they communicate, support, and handle people makes all the difference. A positive and respectful approach creates an environment where people feel comfortable, stay motivated, and are able to give their best. I believe that when a leader gets that right, everything else naturally falls into place.
What Keeps Me Going
What keeps me going is the satisfaction of being financially independent. Being able to earn, support myself, and contribute to my family gives me a sense of confidence. It motivates me to give my best every day, knowing that my efforts make a meaningful difference.
That mindset also shapes the way I approach my responsibilities. Whether it's at work or at home, I believe in taking ownership and doing my part to the best of my ability. Being able to stand on my own and fulfil my responsibilities is what continues to drive me forward.
