My advice to young professionals is to first gain a clear understanding of what you are trying to achieve. When you understand the purpose and expectations behind a task, you naturally become more confident and engaged in your work. Without that clarity, it is easy to lose interest or struggle to make meaningful progress. 

Preparation is equally important. Take the time to learn, ask questions, and explore different approaches before you begin. Today, we have access to powerful tools like AI that can help us learn faster, validate our ideas, and avoid many common mistakes. Make the most of these resources and never stop expanding your knowledge. 

If you build your career on these three habits - seeking clarity, preparing well, and continuously learning; you will not only perform better but also find greater satisfaction in what you do. These are principles I continue to follow in my own journey. 

The first people I am grateful for are My parents. They have always been my strongest source of support and encouragement, standing by me at every stage of my journey. 

I have also been fortunate to have wonderful friends who have supported me over the years. Even at work, I have built close friendships with many of my colleagues. One person who has played a special role is my manager, Balaji M. Beyond being a manager, he has also been a friend whose guidance, trust, and support have meant a great deal to me. 

Having people who encourage, guide, and believe in me has made a meaningful difference in my journey, and I remain grateful for their constant support. 

One of the people who has had a lasting influence on me is our General Manager, Vijayanand sir. What I admire most about him is the way he approaches every discussion with clarity and a structured way of thinking. 

During reviews, he would rarely stop identifying what was missing. Instead, he would ask, “So what should we do here?” That simple question encouraged me to think beyond the problem and focus on finding the right solution. Rather than giving answers directly, he guided us to analyze the situation, identify what we had overlooked, and arrive at the next steps ourselves. 

Watching him handle discussions in that way changed the way I approach my own work. It taught me to think more deeply, take ownership of my decisions, and focus on solving problems with clarity and purpose. 

My journey has taught me to approach challenges with greater clarity, patience, and a continuous willingness to learn. Early in my career, I tended to react quickly when things did not go as planned. Over time, I realized that taking the time to understand a situation, consider different perspectives, and then act leads to better decisions and better outcomes. That shift in mindset has influenced not only the way I work but also the way I approach life. 

As I took on greater responsibilities, I also came to understand that success is not just about delivering results. It is equally about helping others grow, recognizing their strengths, and creating an environment where they can do their best work. This has gradually shaped the way I lead and collaborate with others. 

Above all, my journey has taught me that every challenge brings an opportunity to learn. Setbacks may be unavoidable, but each one has helped me build confidence, make better decisions, and continue growing both personally and professionally.

Sports have been a part of my life since childhood. Growing up in the 90s, playing outdoors was part of my everyday routine, and that interest has stayed with me ever since. I have been playing badminton regularly for nearly 10 to 15 years, and even after moving to Chennai for work, I made it a point to continue that habit.

Apart from sports, I enjoy watching movies, spending time with friends, and being with my family. These simple moments help me relax, recharge, and maintain a healthy balance in my life.

If I could relive one phase of my life, it would be my school days, especially around eighth standard. That period holds some of my fondest memories. It was a time when life was still simple and enjoyable, yet I was beginning to understand the importance of responsibility as academics became more serious.

Looking back, it was a unique phase where I started becoming more aware of my goals and the value of my efforts, while still enjoying the carefree moments of school life. That balance of innocence, learning, and growing up is what makes those years so special to me.
