My Current Role
I currently work as a Senior Product Growth Manager at BoldDesk, where I drive the product’s growth through digital strategies. My role involves increasing sales, generating quality leads, and defining growth initiatives that help scale the product in the market. I also focus on identifying the most effective ways to reach and engage customers across the right digital platforms. By combining data-driven strategies with customer insights, I work to expand BoldDesk reach and drive meaningful business growth.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I would describe myself as a fun-loving and cheerful person who enjoys creating a positive atmosphere wherever I am. I value building meaningful friendships and enjoy connecting with people, which helps me adapt easily to new environments and form lasting relationships.
At the same time, I believe that whatever I take up should be done with care and sincerity. Whether it is at work or in my personal life, I like to do things properly and pay attention to the details. I find satisfaction in seeing things through and giving my best in everything I do.
For me, life is about maintaining the right balance, working with commitment while also enjoying the company of good friends and creating memorable experiences together.
My Career Journey
During my school days, especially in tenth and twelfth standard, I began thinking more seriously about the future I wanted to build. Coming from a family with a long-standing business background, I felt a strong desire to take a different path and create an identity of my own. Around the same time, the growing opportunities in the IT industry sparked my interest and influenced my career choice.
With that in mind, I chose Computer Science in college and decided to pursue a career in the IT field. As I started attending interviews, I got the opportunity to interview at Syncfusion. Being selected was a memorable moment for me, and I began my professional journey as a fresher in the Build team.
Key Learnings and Challenges
When I joined the Build team, the process was much simpler. At the time, we had limited automation and fewer test cases, and the existing setup worked well for the scale we were operating at. As the company grew and more people contributed to the products, we realized the same approach could no longer support the increasing complexity.
With the guidance and support of Velusamy sir and Vijayanand sir, we worked extensively to restructure and streamline the Build process. Over time, those improvements brought greater stability and helped the team scale more effectively. Being part of building and evolving the Build team end to end was one of the most defining experiences of my journey.
Over nearly a decade with the same team, I grew from a fresher into leadership roles, gaining a deep understanding of the process while contributing to its continuous improvement.
People Who Inspired Me
One person who has always inspired me is MS Dhoni. I admire his calm and composed nature, especially the way he remains grounded in success and resilient during setbacks. His ability to handle every situation with balance has influenced the way I approach both work and life.
That perspective has also shaped my understanding of leadership. I believe leadership is not just about managing people, but about working alongside the team, staying connected with them, and growing together.
Professionally, I have been inspired by the dedication of many managers around me. Among them, our General Manager, Vijayanand sir, stands out for the clarity, confidence, and motivation he brings through his communication. The way he shares ideas and encourages people has taught me the value of communicating with purpose and has influenced the way I interact with others.
A meaningful life is built by balancing ambition with the people and moments that matter most.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Moments That Make Me Smile
One of the memories that always makes me smile is from my time in the Build team with my close friends, Abbas, Periyasamy and Karthik T. After work, our conversations would almost always end with one question: "Where are we going to eat today?"
We loved exploring different restaurants and local food spots, whether it was making the most of a Pizza Hut offer or searching for a place known for something unique, like its famous Ghee Idly. Before food reels and social media recommendations became popular, we relied on Google searches to discover new places, and that made every outing feel like a small adventure.
Those simple food trips, conversations, and friendships are memories I would happily relive.
My Best Appreciation
One of the most memorable appreciations I received was during my time with the Install team, when we developed a new web installer to improve the installation experience for our users. Before its launch, I was given the opportunity to present the solution directly to our senior leadership, including Velusamy sir, Stephen sir, and Daniel Jebaraj sir.
At that time, I had only recently taken on the role of Team Leader, so being entrusted with such an important presentation meant a lot to me. It was my first time presenting our work at that level, and I was both excited and a little nervous. More than anything, it showed the trust my team and managers had placed in me.
After the demonstration, they approved the solution for launch. That moment was very special to me. More than the approval itself, it was the confidence they showed in giving me the opportunity to represent my team's work. It remains one of the most meaningful recognitions in my journey.
How I Like to Be Remembered
I would like to be remembered as someone people could rely on. I hope others feel that when I take responsibility for something, it will be planned thoughtfully, organized well, and carried through successfully.
Whether at work or among my friends, I value being someone who brings clarity, structure, and confidence to whatever I am involved in. If people remember me as someone who was dependable, organized, and helped things move in the right direction, I would consider that a meaningful legacy.
My Advice to Young Minds
My advice to young professionals is to never assume that something cannot be done simply because you do not know the solution yet. Instead of saying, "This isn't possible," approach every challenge with curiosity and a willingness to explore. Most of the time, a solution can be found, you just need to take the time to look for it.
Make the most of the resources available to you. Ask questions, learn from others, explore documentation, and use tools like AI to deepen your understanding and discover new approaches. Every problem you solve adds to your confidence and broadens the way you think.
Above all, stay persistent and keep an open mind. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn, and a mindset of continuous learning will help you grow throughout your career.
My Personal Achievement
One of my proudest personal achievements is choosing a career path that was different from my family's traditional business background. Taking that decision gave me the opportunity to build an identity of my own, and today, being able to say that I work as an IT Manager feels deeply meaningful.
Over time, that journey has earned me my family's trust and confidence. Today, they often seek my guidance on important decisions such as choosing a field of study, selecting a college, or planning a career. Being able to support them in those moments gives me a quiet sense of pride and makes the journey even more fulfilling.
Life Beyond Work
Most mornings, before logging in around 10:00 A.M., I drop my children off at school and go for a short jog, which helps me start the day with a fresh and positive mindset. Earlier, I used to go to the gym regularly, and while I do not get to do that as often now, I still make time to stay active.
Weekends are usually reserved for family and friends. I enjoy playing cricket with my friends, which is a great way to relax and unwind, and I always make time to spend quality moments with my family.
I also enjoy travelling and exploring new places. So far, I have had the opportunity to visit countries such as Kenya, the United States, Singapore, and Thailand, and I look forward to discovering many more destinations in the future.
