My Current Role
I work as a Product Owner, I oversee several UI controls, with Charts and the Rich Text Editor being my primary focus. My role is to shape the product roadmap, prioritize features, and work closely with the team to turn ideas into valuable product experiences. Beyond product development, I also contribute to improving our product’s visibility through technical content and SEO initiatives.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I see myself as a curious learner. Whenever something new catches my interest, I naturally want to explore it and understand it better. Whether it’s fitness, finance, drawing, photography, or any other skill, I enjoy learning and trying new things. Even today, I still identify myself as a student because learning has always been an important part of who I am.
I’m naturally a quiet person, but once I’m comfortable with someone, I open up easily and enjoy meaningful conversations.
My Career Journey
Growing up in a small village nestled between the Yelagiri and Javadi hills, I believed that was my entire world. Surrounded by mountains, I never imagined there was a world beyond them. During those years, I didn’t dream of becoming a doctor or a pilot. I simply wanted to earn the same respect my father received from everyone in our village. Watching people greet him with such warmth inspired me to become someone worthy of that respect.
As I grew older, I discovered that I enjoyed learning and sharing my knowledge, which made teaching feel like a natural path for me. During college, however, I developed an interest in IT. Although I attended several campus interviews, I wasn’t selected. I moved to Chennai, and my first interview there was with Syncfusion in 2016. While I wasn’t selected, the experience showed me what I needed to improve. After a year of dedicated self-learning, I returned in 2017 and was selected. Eight years later, I’m still proud to be part of Syncfusion.
Advice to Young Professionals
If I could offer one piece of advice to young professionals, it would be to focus on building a strong foundation before chasing quick growth. Many fresh graduates are eager to progress within a year or two, but meaningful growth takes time. Rather than comparing your journey with others, invest in strengthening your fundamentals and be patient with the process. A strong foundation may not bring immediate results, but when growth comes, it is more sustainable and rewarding. Beyond work, I believe logical thinking is an essential life skill. Approaching situations with reason instead of reacting impulsively helps us make better decisions, avoid unnecessary problems, and build a more stable life.
My Inspiration
I’ve never believed that inspiration comes from just one person. Throughout my journey, I’ve learned something valuable from different people at different stages of life. Professionally, Karthikeyan Viswanathan and Baskaran Sethurajan have been my mentors. Whenever I need guidance or a different perspective, I know I can rely on them. Their support and willingness to share their experience have played an important role in my growth.
Knowledge reaches its fullest potential when it is shared. The more we pass it on, the more everyone grows.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
How the Journey Shaped Me
I feel this journey has made me a more disciplined person. Earlier, I never paid much attention to planning my day, but as I took on different roles and responsibilities, planning became an essential part of my work. Over time, that habit naturally extended to my personal life as well. Whether it's managing my health, finances, or daily routine, I find myself approaching things with better planning and consistency than before.
Finding a Sense of Belonging
A defining moment in my journey came when I was given the responsibility of leading a challenging project involving our chart controls. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and came with its share of struggles, but successfully completing it within the planned timeline was incredibly rewarding. More importantly, it gave me confidence that my skills were growing in the right direction. That was the moment I truly felt I was in the right place.
What Success Means to Me
Success, to me, isn't defined by a single milestone or achievement; it's about making consistent progress every day. I believe that every day begins with a plan, and accomplishing even a small goal gives me a sense of success. These daily wins keep me moving forward with purpose and consistency. When I look back after a year or even three years, it's not one defining moment that stands out, but the steady progress made through those small, meaningful steps. That's how I define success—growing a little every day.
A Change in Perspective
One of the biggest changes in my mindset has been how I approach personal finance and health. Earlier, I believed that simply saving money was enough and paid little attention to investing or planning for the future. I was equally casual about my health and never gave much thought to maintaining it through healthy habits. Becoming a father made me rethink these priorities. It encouraged me to learn about investments, health insurance, and making better lifestyle choices—not just for myself, but to be better prepared for my family's future.
Life Beyond Work
The way I unwind has changed over the years. Before marriage, I enjoyed drawing, creating light-hearted memes inspired by everyday workplace moments, and spending time on social media. It was a fun creative outlet that I shared with close friends. Today, my priorities have naturally shifted. Most of my free time is spent with my baby, and those moments have become my greatest source of relaxation and happiness. Spending time with my family helps me recharge and brings a sense of balance beyond work.
