10+ Years
My Current Role
I currently work as a Senior Product Manager, leading the Pivot Table component across EJ2 and Blazor platforms, where I take complete ownership of its direction and growth in the market. My role mainly involves working closely with my team to drive it in the right direction and ensure it becomes strong, dependable, and well established in the market.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am someone who enjoys exploring new things, whether it is learning something new or visiting new places. In my earlier days, I spent a lot of time traveling and trekking across different places in Tamil Nadu, which helped me develop a sense of curiosity and openness to new experiences. At the same time, I am someone who prefers to stay calm and patient in most situations. I usually take time to observe and understand things before reacting, rather than rushing into decisions.
This balance between curiosity and calmness is what defines me, and it reflects in the way I approach both life and work.
My Career Journey
Growing up, I did not have a very clear ambition. Like many others, I would casually say that I wanted to become a computer engineer, but it was never something I seriously planned for. I studied Biology in school and later pursued engineering, which eventually led me towards the IT field.
After completing my degree, I attended several interviews before getting an opportunity at Syncfusion. My friend Dinesh Raj introduced me to the company, and we attended the interview together. Fortunately, both of us were selected and began our journey here.
What stood out to me was the interview process, which focused mainly on programming skills, and that gave me confidence. After the three-day training, I joined Syncfusion as a developer. Looking back, I am happy that I started my career here, as it has given me the opportunity to learn new technologies and continue learning throughout my journey.
Key Learnings and Challenges
I started my journey as a developer, where my work mainly involved building small features, fixing bugs, and making improvements within the product. The work was well-defined, and I mainly focused on completing the tasks assigned to me.
Moving into a support role changed the way I worked. It required me to understand customer issues, work across different platforms, and find solutions beyond my regular development work. Every issue brought a new challenge and an opportunity to expand my technical knowledge. I also had the opportunity to support consulting projects, where I worked on customer-specific requirements.
These experiences broadened my understanding beyond development and prepared me to handle different kinds of projects with greater confidence. They continue to help me in my current role, where adapting quickly and understanding customer needs are equally important.
My Inspiration
Professionally, my biggest inspiration has been my former manager, Prabhu. Working closely with him gave me the opportunity to observe how he led the team, handled critical situations, and created a positive work environment. Watching the way he approached people and solved problems helped me understand how to guide a team with patience and composure. Even today, I often think about those experiences and try to apply the same approach while working with my own team.
Never stop learning. No matter where you are in life, there's always something new to learn, and that's what keeps you growing.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Finding a Sense of Belonging
Joining the company marked an important turning point after college, as it was when my journey in the IT field truly began. It was not just about starting a job, but about finding a place where I could slowly understand my strengths and grow into my role.
That feeling became stronger during moments when my work was recognized. I remember working on a separate application, and when it was appreciated by the management, it gave me quiet confidence that I was on the right path. It was reassuring to see that my efforts were making an impact.
Those moments stayed with me, and over time, a strong sense of belonging, making me feel that this is where I truly fit in.
Gratitude Along the Journey
There are many people I feel grateful for, but among them there are few important people. During college, there was a phase when I lost focus and had several arrears. At that time, a professor spoke to me personally and helped me get back on track, which made a lasting difference in how I moved forward.
Later, during my job search, my friend Dinesh Raj played an important role, as he introduced me to Syncfusion. We attended many interviews together, and this opportunity turned out to be a defining one, as both of us got selected and started our journey together.
In my professional journey, Michael, my former manager Prabhu, Tamilarasu, Hari Venkatesh, Ramesh, and Sastha Prathap guided me at important stages. Their encouragement and approach to work helped me develop with more clarity and confidence.
Over the years, in entire life, I can see that at every stage, someone has been there to guide me. I truly feel grateful for all of them.
Bouncing Back from Tough Times
During difficult phases, the guidance I received from my seniors has helped me the most, especially people like Prabhu and Narendran. They would often take time to discuss challenges openly, which made me feel that even complex situations could be managed. Whenever I struggled with a task, they would remind me of one simple thing. They would say that "The person who built it is also just another developer. If they could do it, I could too."
That thought stayed with me always and changed the way I approach problems. Even now, when I face any challenges, I go back to that mindset, as it helps me stay calm and move forward without feeling stuck.
A Challenge That Strengthened Me
One of the most memorable challenges in my journey was developing an entire application on my own for the first time. Initially, I was only given a broad idea, but later I learned that it was being built for a conference. That made me realize the importance of delivering a high-quality application, and I put in extra effort to get everything right.
It was a demanding phase, but it also gave me the opportunity to learn a lot. With the guidance and support of my manager, I was able to complete the application successfully. The recognition I received afterwards made the experience even more meaningful, and it gave me the confidence to handle similar challenges in the future.
Values I Live By
One value I always try to follow is honesty. Whether it is in my personal life or at work, I believe in being genuine and transparent. I do not like pretending to be someone I am not, and I never want to mislead anyone by giving a false impression. Being honest is something I value in every situation, and it is a principle I will continue to follow throughout my life.
My Perspective on Leadership
I believe staying calm is one of the most important qualities of a leader. In difficult situations, reacting immediately does not help. Thinking through the problem and handling it with composure makes a real difference. Though it is not always easy to stay calm, making a conscious effort towards it is important.
Another important quality is clear communication. Whatever the situation may be, it is necessary to convey things properly to the team. If feedback is not shared clearly, the same mistakes can be repeated.
Along with this, planning also plays a key role. A leader should be able to guide the team with clarity and direction. All these qualities help me in handling situations better and leading the team effectively and I think it is required for all the leaders.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success is not just about completing a task or delivering a product. It becomes meaningful only when the customer uses it, finds it useful, and feels that it has met their needs. Their feedback is what tells me whether I have truly succeeded.
That is how I measure success in my work. Finishing a task is only one part of the journey—the real success comes when it creates value for the people who use it.
My Personal Achievement
One of my biggest personal achievements has been supporting my family and becoming financially independent. I completed my education through loans, and after starting my career, I was able to repay them. Over the years, I have also been able to renovate our home and support my family in meaningful ways.
Looking back, these achievements give me a great sense of satisfaction. For me, being able to take care of my family is something I truly consider a personal achievement.
