My Current Role
I work as a Senior Product Manager. I am involved in multiple aspects of the development process within the Bold Reports team, including regularly reviewing code submitted by engineers, facilitating discussions to track progress, and providing constructive feedback to guide the team toward effective solutions while ensuring quality and consistency. A significant part of my role also involves supporting customers by addressing issues and ensuring timely resolutions, while managing enhancement requests through structured planning to drive continuous improvement.
My Experience throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I see myself as a simple person who believes in consistency rather than trying to do everything. I have always been a quiet and observant person. I do not speak unless I have something meaningful to contribute, and I prefer listening and understanding before sharing my thoughts. Over the years, this habit has helped me in many situations, both personally and professionally.
I also believe in solving problems as they come instead of postponing them. If I deal with a challenge today, I know I will be better prepared to handle similar situations in the future.
Early Dreams
Like many others, I wanted to become a doctor when I was young, and that remained my ambition until my tenth standard. However, when it was time to choose a group in higher secondary school, I started looking at things more practically. Many people around me felt that biology was difficult, and at the same time, computer science was becoming increasingly popular. I was also interested in computers and realized that a medical career would not suit me, especially since I was not comfortable with things like blood and surgeries.
That was when I decided to choose Computer Science. From the beginning, I had a clear goal in mind – I wanted to build a good career and earn a good salary. Today, I still feel that choosing this path was one of the right decisions I made.
My Advice to Young Professionals
One piece of advice I always give is to stay consistent and be patient with your efforts. Don’t worry too much if results do not come immediately. Keep learning, keep working sincerely, and trust that your efforts will eventually pay off.
At the same time, maintaining a balance between work and personal life is equally important. Try to complete your work within the time you commit to, but when a situation genuinely requires extra effort, be ready to step in and take responsibility. For me, consistency, patience, and a sense of responsibility are what help us grow in the long run.
Gratitude Along the Journey
I am truly grateful to my college professor, Prabhu, for the impact he has had on my journey. During my college days, I initially found it difficult to get along with him due to his strict approach. However, in my final year, I had the opportunity to work with him on my project, and that experience completely changed my perspective. At that time, I had very little knowledge of programming, but he guided me with a clear expectation that whatever I built should be my own work and should have completely understood. Along with it, he encouraged me to start from the basics and build gradually than using shortcuts. That experience had a lasting impact on me. It not only helped me grow technically but also shaped the way I approach learning and work. Even today, his teachings continue to guide me, it is something that I deeply value.
Sometimes the right decision is not the comfortable one, but the one that helps you grow.

More About Me !!
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Personal Achievement
When I started my career, I had an education loan and very little financial support. Looking back, one of my biggest achievements is the progress I have made from that stage to where I am today.
More than my personal growth, what gives me satisfaction is being able to support my family along the way. I was able to help my siblings complete their education and contribute to their growth and well-being. Seeing my family move forward and reach a better position is something I truly value.
For me, achievement is not just about financial stability or personal success. It is about growing together as a family and supporting the people who have always been part of my journey.
Values I Live By
One value I have always believed in is being true to the responsibilities given to me. If someone entrusts me with a task, I feel it is my duty to do it sincerely without needing reminders or supervision. I believe that sense of responsibility should come from within.
I also have a simple approach in life – once I take up something, I treat it as my own and make sure I see it through properly. Whether it is work or any other responsibility, I try to stay consistent and give my best in whatever I do.
People Who Influenced Me
Two people have had a strong influence on my professional journey. The first was my team lead, Kalaiyarasan, during my early days in IT. He created an environment where I could learn comfortably and never made me feel bad about what I did not know. Instead of giving direct answers, he asked the right questions and encouraged me to think for myself, which helped me build confidence over time.
The second was my manager, Rajendran S P, with whom I worked for nearly ten years. From him, I learned the importance of delegation and handling people with patience. I also admired the way he interacted with customers and gave feedback. He always started with appreciation before suggesting improvements, and that is something I still try to follow in my own approach today.
How The Journey Shaped Me
I can confidently say that my journey has changed me both personally and professionally. The person who joined Syncfusion is not the same person I am today. I have learned many things over the years, gained knowledge, and become more confident in making important decisions. Financially as well, I have grown a lot, which has given me the confidence to take stronger and more independent decisions in life.
One of the biggest changes in me has been the way I work with people. In my early days as a manager, I focused only on work and treated the relationship strictly as manager and engineer. A team member once told me that although I was a good person, they found it difficult to connect with me personally. That feedback stayed with me and made me change my approach. Since then, I have made a conscious effort to be more approachable, understand people beyond work, and build a better connection with my team. That change has helped me grow not just as a manager, but also as a person.
Bouncing Back from Tough Times
I have always preferred to deal with my problems on my own and find a way through them rather than depending on others. There was a phase in my life when I was facing challenges both personally and professionally, which made it difficult to stay focused and move forward.
That was when I started going to the gym. What began as a small step gradually became a regular part of my routine. It gave me a change of environment, helped me stay positive, and allowed me to approach things with a calmer mind. Over time, fitness became more than just a habit – it became something that helped me maintain balance and move through difficult phases with greater confidence.
My Best Appreciation
Being promoted to the DE role is one of the recognitions I value the most in my journey. From the time I joined Syncfusion, I always looked at that role as an important milestone and hoped to reach it someday.
What made it special was the appreciation I received during that process. My ownership, the way I handled multiple products, and the responsibilities I had taken up were acknowledged. As someone who does not usually speak about my own work, having my efforts recognized by others meant a lot to me.
For me, it was not just about achieving a new role but about knowing that the work I had done over the years was seen and valued. That recognition is something I still cherish today.
A Moment I Would Relive
If I had the chance to relive one phase of my life, it would be the time I spent with my first team at work. What made that period special was not just the work we did, but the bond we shared as a group.
We had a great balance between work and fun. Regular outings, evening snack breaks, and simple conversations after work are some of the memories I still cherish. We worked sincerely, supported one another, and built friendships. It was a happy and memorable phase that I would gladly experience again.
