My Current Role
I work as a Product Manager for the BoldSign mobile app, where I drive product excellence by delivering impactful features, refining user experience, and ensuring customers successfully adopt and maximize the product’s value. I collaborate closely across mobile, support, and demo teams to ensure seamless execution, product stability, and continuous improvement.
My Experience throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am an optimistic, easy-going, and adaptable person who prefers to stay calm and take life as it comes. I believe in maintaining a balanced approach rather than getting overwhelmed by situations. By nature, I am not very talkative and usually keep a small circle of people with whom I share a close bond. I can be a little reserved, especially in new environments, and that shyness has been with me since childhood. Over the years, I have gradually become more open, though I still value my personal space and quiet nature. I enjoy simple things in life, cherish meaningful relationships, and find comfort in staying grounded and being myself.
My Career Journey
My interest in computers began at a young age through video games. What started with playing games on television gradually shifted to computers, and watching my cousins and neighbors use them only increased my curiosity. I always wanted to have a computer of my own and learn more about it.
By the time I finished my 10th standard, I had already decided that I wanted to build my career in this field. Instead of taking the usual higher secondary route, I chose a diploma so that I could enter the technical stream earlier. During those years, subjects like programming, data structures, and problem solving strengthened my interest even further. I genuinely enjoyed logical thinking and coding, and that confidence stayed with me throughout my studies. Looking back, choosing a path that matched my interests from an early age gave me a clear sense of direction and eventually led me to where I am today.
Challenge that Strengthened Me
Shifting from web development to Flutter was a completely new experience for me. It meant moving away from a platform I was comfortable with and learning an entirely different way of building applications. In many companies, people usually stay within a specific domain, but I had the opportunity to explore something new, and I chose to take that path.
Before making the decision, I made sure I was clear about it and committed to moving forward without a second thought. I believe that once we make a choice, we should be ready to face both the opportunities and the challenges that come with it. The transition required continuous learning and extra effort beyond regular work hours, but I saw it as an investment in my growth.
Looking back, stepping out of my comfort zone made me more adaptable and confident. Today, having experience in both web and mobile development gives me a broader perspective and the flexibility to take on different challenges with confidence.
Values I Live By
Being humble is one value I never want to let go of, no matter where life takes me. I have seen how people often change as they grow, achieve more, or move into different stages of life, but I believe success should never change the way we treat others.
For me, being in a better position in life does not make me superior to anyone. Everyone has their own journey, and I want to remain the same person regardless of what I achieve. Staying grounded, respecting people, and not letting success influence my attitude are values I hold deeply.
Keep learning, stay dedicated, and never compare your beginning with someone else's journey.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Moments That Make Me Smile
During one of our Flutter releases, we worked night shifts for nearly two weeks, and surprisingly, it became one of my favorite memories at work. There were only five of us, spending our nights together in a meeting room, ordering food, and working towards a common goal.
What made it special was that it never felt like a typical release or a stressful night shift. Instead, it reminded me of my college days, when friends would stay up late to complete projects together. There was a sense of energy, friendship, and togetherness that made even the long hours enjoyable.
Looking back, it is one of those experiences that still makes me smile because of the people and the memories we created along the way.
Finding A Sense of Belonging
From the beginning, I always felt that people trusted me and gave me the space to grow. Being assigned a feature on my very first day and seeing my work become part of the product gave me a lot of confidence and made me feel that I was moving in the right direction.
Over the years, that trust continued through new responsibilities, different opportunities, and the freedom to take ownership of my work. For me, these moments mattered more than anything else because they showed that people believed in what I could do.
That sense of trust is what made me feel that I truly belong here.
How the Journey Shaped Me
One of the biggest ways my journey has shaped me is by teaching me the importance of planning. Earlier, I was an easy-going person who handled things as they came. Even if I had to catch a 10 o’clock train, I would leave home at 9:30 without thinking about what to do if something went wrong.
Over the years, that mindset has changed. Today, whether it is planning a trip, attending a family function, or managing responsibilities at work, I prefer to think ahead and keep multiple options ready. I usually have a Plan A, Plan B, and sometimes even a Plan C, so that unexpected situations do not become stressful. This habit has brought more clarity and confidence into my life and has helped me approach both work and personal commitments in a much more organized way.
My Inspiration
I have never believed that inspiration comes from just one person. Instead, I try to learn different qualities from different people and apply them in my own life. I admire the humility and selflessness of people like Ratan Tata, the hard work and growth mindset of Elon Musk, and the calmness and planning that Dhoni brings to every situation.
Professionally, I have been fortunate to work with people who have influenced me in different ways. My first reporting manager, Rajasekar, inspired me with his calm and approachable nature and technical skills. Michael Prabhu helped me understand the importance of managing people well and shared many valuable life lessons and guidance that have positively influenced me. George Livingston, on the other hand, impressed me with his product thinking and his ability to identify opportunities to make products better.
Looking back, these experiences have taught me that inspiration is not about following one person but about learning the best qualities from many people and carrying them forward in our own journey.
Best Compliment
One compliment that has stayed with me throughout my journey is something all three of my reporting managers have said at different points: once a task is assigned to me, they don't have to worry about it anymore. For me, that reflects a sense of trust and ownership more than anything else.
It means that people believe I will take responsibility, follow through, and deliver without the need for constant reminders or follow-ups. Knowing that others trust me in that way has always been meaningful, and I see it as one of the biggest appreciations I have received in my career.
Personal Achievements
Being able to support my parents and stand on my own feet is one of my biggest personal achievements. Earlier, I depended on them for everything, and today, being in a position to contribute and take responsibility gives me a deep sense of fulfillment. Even though they can take care of themselves, supporting them in whatever way I can means a lot to me.
Building our house and gradually creating a more stable life for my family are milestones that remind me of how far we have come. For me, these achievements are not just about financial progress but about the responsibility, security, and peace that come with them. Knowing that I can take care of myself and support the people who have always supported me is what I consider true progress.
Life Beyond Work
I enjoy spending my free time in simple ways that help me relax and recharge. I often go on short rides around my hometown, even if it is just a few kilometers. Stopping for a cup of tea and spending time outdoors gives me a refreshing break from my daily routine, and I enjoy the peace and greenery around me.
I also like playing games on my PC or mobile, especially when I feel like staying indoors. For me, hobbies do not have to be anything elaborate. It is the small moments that help me slow down, clear my mind, and enjoy life that matter the most.
