11+ Years
My Current Role
I am responsible for maintaining core functionalities in essential studio and I focus on driving product growth in a competitive market while also supporting the growth and development of the team.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I’m generally a go-with-the-flow kind of person. I don’t believe in rushing things unnecessarily and prefer to take situations as they come, moving forward day by day. When it comes to work, I stay active, involved, and committed.
By nature, I’m more reserved. I value simplicity and meaningful connections and don’t feel the need to be socially active all the time.
My Career Journey
During my school days, my dream was to become a pilot. However, academic requirements didn’t allow me to pursue that path, so I gradually shifted my focus toward computers. I took up Computer Science in my 12th grade and later completed my B.E. in Computer Science, which helped shape my career direction.
After finishing college, I wasn’t placed immediately. During that phase, I came across messages about walk-in opportunities at Syncfusion that were being shared in my friends’ WhatsApp groups. I decided to give it a try. The process involved a three-day training session followed by an evaluation, and I performed well during that time. Based on this, I received a call and joined Syncfusion in September 2015.
Looking back now, that opportunity aligned well for me and played an important role in shaping the path I’m on today.
Values I Live By
One value that has always been part of me is punctuality. From school to college and later at work, being on time was never something I had to force myself to learn—it came naturally, especially in environments where time commitments mattered.
I strongly believe that when we commit to a particular time, we should respect it and deliver accordingly. To me, punctuality reflects responsibility and discipline, and valuing time often leads to many other positive qualities.
My Personal Achievement
In 2018, I took my parents on a trip to Andaman. The journey itself was special—we travelled by flight, experienced train travel along the way, flew again, and even travelled by ship while island hopping.
Almost every mode of transport became part of that journey, and being able to give my parents such a memorable experience is something I genuinely feel proud of. After the trip, my mother shared how much she had enjoyed it, and that stayed deeply with me. Even today, that memory feels very clear and close to my heart.
Ownership builds responsibility, and responsibility gives us the confidence to face every challenge.

Perspectives that Shaped My Work
Two people at work have influenced the way I think and approach leadership. Earlier, my manager was Hari Venkatesh, and currently, my manager is Suman. Both have very different leadership styles.
From Hari, I learned the importance of proper planning. He always ensured things were thought through in advance, and that is something I have consciously tried to adopt in my own way of working.
Suman, on the other hand, focuses more on having a clear vision along with a plan. Whether the goal is short-term or long-term, he consistently emphasizes the importance of keeping the bigger picture in mind. I’m trying to bring both these approaches together in my work.
Life Beyond Work
I enjoy travelling, and over the last two to three years, I’ve managed to take one international trip each year. So far, I’ve visited Bhutan and Sri Lanka, and I’m considering a trip to the Philippines in the future.
One travel moment that has stayed with me was at Dochula Pass in Bhutan. The entire area was covered in mist, with very limited visibility. The quiet atmosphere and natural beauty of the place left a lasting impression on me.
Photography is another interest of mine, particularly landscape photography. Rather than collecting souvenirs, I prefer bringing back memories captured through my camera.
Apart from travelling and photography, I enjoy listening to podcasts—mostly movie-related roasting content, as I enjoy films.
Moments that Make Me Smile
I joined the organization in 2015, right after completing my engineering, and officially started work in September that year. At that time, most of my day was spent with my batchmates. I was living in Thiruvallur and travelling nearly two hours every day to the office in Chennai. During office travel, lunch breaks, and almost all free moments, it was my batchmates who were always around.
Even now, when I think back to those early days, they are the first people who come to mind, and those memories continue to bring a sense of warmth and happiness. Even something as simple as casually seeing them on Instagram brings those memories back.
My Inspiration
From my early years until now, one person I’ve always admired is A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, especially for his vision. Through his speeches, I learned the importance of having a vision in life, regardless of whether it is fully achieved or not.
On a more personal level, my biggest inspiration has been my mother. Like many housewives, she has faced numerous challenges and overcome them with strength and resilience. Watching her confidence and determination has always inspired me.
Bouncing Back from Tough Times
When I go through difficult phases, perseverance is what helps me bounce back. I believe problems should be faced and handled rather than avoided. That mindset has always stayed with me.
Support from people also makes a difference. During challenging situations, managers like Hari Venkatesh and Suresh supported me greatly, and their guidance helped me handle those moments better.
A Moment I Would Relive
One phase of my life I would like to relive is the time when my son was born. During that period, I was very busy with work and still in the early stage of my career, carrying a lot of responsibility. Because of this, I wasn’t able to fully experience that time. Looking back now, I wish I could go back and truly relive it.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success simply means happiness. What truly matters is whether we feel happy while doing what we do. By happiness, I don’t mean being selfish. If we achieve our goals in a way that does not harm others and still feel genuinely content, that, to me, is true success.
