16+ Years
My Current Role
I lead multiple teams and drive both technical and product outcomes. I stay closely involved in architecture, code quality, and feature planning, ensuring that everything we build aligns with product value and business goals. I also focus on supporting my teams, helping people grow, and working together to deliver meaningful outcomes.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a determined and persistent person who believes in not giving up easily. From a young age, once I decide on something, I put in every effort to make it happen. I believe in continuously moving forward, no matter how difficult the situation may be.
At the same time, I am a jovial and easygoing person who enjoys connecting with people and keeping things light-hearted. Today, I see myself as a responsible individual who carries the responsibility of guiding many people at work, which I value deeply.
My Career Journey
During my higher studies, I developed a strong interest in computer science. I saw it as a field where I could keep learning, build a stable career, and support my family, which became my biggest motivation.
After graduating in 2009, I entered a difficult job market. Although I received more than 20 job offers, none of them eventually materialized. During that uncertain period, I worked as a teacher for about six months. It was a valuable experience, but I realized my passion was in IT and continued pursuing opportunities in that field.
Through a friend, I attended an interview at Syncfusion. I gave it my best and was fortunate to be among the few candidates selected.
I joined as a developer with a short-term plan, but the learning, challenges, and opportunities kept me here. What started as a temporary step gradually became a long and meaningful journey that shaped my career.
My Personal Achievement
One of my personal achievements is something very simple, but deeply meaningful to me. As a child, I once stood outside a theatre with a friend, watching people arrive in cars. At that moment, I told him that one day, I would come to that same theatre in my own car.
Years later, I went back to that same theatre with my family, this time driving my own car. In that moment, I called the same friend and told him that I had achieved what I once said. He was genuinely happy, and it became a moment of fulfillment for me.
It reminded me how far I had come and made me feel proud of my journey.
A Challenge That Strengthened Me
There was a moment when a database was accidentally deleted, resulting in the loss of thousands of records. It was a high-pressure situation, and the responsibility was on me to recover it.
My team and I worked continuously for several days without proper rest, trying every possible solution. Since there was no complete backup, we had to rebuild and recover the data manually using whatever sources were available. I even wrote tools to help reconstruct parts of the data.
That experience taught me resilience and problem-solving at a completely different level. It made me realize that no matter how big a problem is, there is always a way forward if we stay focused and keep trying. That belief has stayed with me ever since.
Consistency matters more than talent— showing up every day is what leads you to excellence.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
People Who Influenced Me
I have learned a lot from Mr. Vijayanand, whose approach to problem-solving and practical thinking shaped the way I handle situations. Instead of giving direct advice, he would share experiences that encouraged me to think differently and arrive at my own understanding.
I have also learned from juniors who showed me the importance of continuous learning and maintaining knowledge in a structured way. Their approach to organizing and updating knowledge consistently made me reflect on how I learn and improve.
These influences, from different people at different stages, have shaped how I think and work today.
Values I Live By
Respect is a value I strongly believe in. I feel that no matter a person’s age or experience, everyone deserves to be treated with dignity.
In both my workplace and personal life, I consciously ensure that I treat everyone equally, whether they are juniors or seniors. I prefer creating an environment where people feel valued and comfortable.
This is something I have followed consistently and will continue to uphold.
How the Journey Shaped Me
Over time, my journey has shaped the way I think, both professionally and personally. One of the biggest shifts has been in how I approach goals and decisions. I’ve learned to think in a more structured way—setting clear objectives and understanding the actions needed to achieve them.
Another important change is learning to ask the right questions. Earlier, I would often accept things as they were. Now, I take time to question, analyze, and understand the reasoning behind decisions. This has helped me think more clearly and avoid assumptions.
I’ve also come to value the importance of listening. By listening carefully and asking meaningful questions, I gain better clarity, which ultimately leads to more thoughtful and effective decisions.
My Perspective on Leadership
For me, leadership is about leading by example. It’s not just about giving instructions, but being willing to step in and show how things can be done.
Clarity is essential. When a leader is clear about goals and direction, it helps the team stay focused and aligned. Without that clarity, it’s easy for teams to lose direction.
I also believe that leaders should stay grounded and connected with their team. When people see that their leader is involved and approachable, it naturally builds trust and motivates them to do better.
What Keeps Me Going
What keeps me going is the excitement of solving problems. Every day brings a new challenge, and finding solutions to those challenges gives me a sense of satisfaction.
I see each problem as an opportunity to learn and improve. That continuous learning keeps me engaged and motivated. Along with that, there is also a sense of responsibility—towards my work, my team, and my family.
These factors together drive me to keep moving forward and give my best every day.
Moments That Make Me Smile
It happened just after I was selected at Syncfusion while I was waiting for the document verification call. I had very little money then—just enough for my bus ticket and around ₹20–30 as phone balance.
One day, I noticed a missed call and was sure it was from Syncfusion. But when I tried calling back, my balance had suddenly become zero. I had no idea what had happened, and I didn’t even have money to recharge.
Later, I discovered that my friend had accidentally activated a ringtone service on my phone. The instruction was to press 8, but he kept insisting, "I pressed 81, not 8," without realizing the balance had already been deducted the moment he pressed 8. We even ended up arguing about it.
Fortunately, Syncfusion called me again the next day, and I went for the verification. Even today, whenever I think about that incident—and the way my friend kept defending "81"—it never fails to make me smile.
My Shift in Beliefs
One important thing I have unlearned over time is overthinking. Earlier, whenever a problem came up, I would spend too much time thinking about all possible negative outcomes. It often created unnecessary stress and distracted me from focusing on the actual issue.
Over time, I realized that most of those fears never really happen. Instead of overthinking, I’ve learned that it is more effective to focus on the solution. I now try to stay present and handle situations step by step.
This shift has made me calmer and more effective.
Life Beyond Work
Beyond work, I value the time I spend with my children. I also have an interest in writing; I enjoy writing poems and short stories whenever I get the time. It’s something that allows me to express my thoughts in a different way. At the same time, I enjoy playing cricket.
Gratitude Along the Journey
I feel deeply grateful to my friend Baskaran R, who played a crucial role in shaping my path. At a time when I was unsure about my direction, he encouraged me to continue my studies and supported me in many ways.
He not only guided me but also stood by me during difficult phases. His belief in me helped me stay focused and move forward.
Even today, I value his guidance and consider his words seriously.
A Message from My Journey
I would say this—whatever you are going through right now is temporary. The struggles, the uncertainty, the pressure-all of it will pass.
One day, you will look back at these moments and share them as stories. So instead of feeling overwhelmed, try to see how you can grow through these experiences. There is no need to give up. Stay patient, keep working, and trust that things will eventually fall into place.
Just like me, one day you will look back at these experiences and speak about them with a smile, even though they felt difficult at the time.
