My Current Role

I currently work on the Tools control suite across the WPF, WinForms, and WinUI platforms. My responsibilities include defining product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements, collaborating with engineering and support teams, and ensuring successful product releases. I focus on improving customer experience, driving continuous product improvements, and leading the team in delivering reliable, high-quality controls that address customer needs and adapt to evolving market demands.

My Experience Throughout My Journey

This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.

About Me

I’m a straightforward and honest person, and I try to be kind in the way I speak and act. I don’t overthink or complicate things; I usually just go with the flow. That’s the kind of person I am.

I’m also a movie lover. Whenever I feel happy or sad, I watch a movie. It helps me forget everything for a while and feel refreshed.

My Career Journey

I always loved mathematics and imagined becoming a lecturer or teacher one day. But people around me felt there was more scope in computers, so I chose BCA and later MCA. During my MCA project, I joined an institute to learn .NET and WinForms. A lecturer encouraged me to build a project on my own, and with the help of a senior, I completed it. That experience gave me the confidence to pursue a career in IT.

I usually cleared written tests but struggled with communication and group discussions. Then a friend suggested I attend an interview at Syncfusion. I came to Chennai with little expectation, hoping to give my best.

When I received the call saying I had been selected, I was overjoyed. That moment marked the beginning of my career, and it remains one of the most memorable milestones in my journey.

What Stayed in Me Since Childhood

Throughout my journey, I’ve faced many challenges, and one belief has always stayed with me: whatever happens, we can handle it. Every struggle I went through lasted only for that moment — once the day ended, I would let it go and start fresh the next morning. I never hold on to problems or keep replaying them in my mind.

I don’t know whether it’s a quality or a strength, but it’s a part of who I am — the belief that no matter what comes, I can face it and get through it.

My Personal Achievement

I’ve managed my journey on my own from school until now. I studied while working part-time. After my BCA, I worked in a tiles company and prepared for the TANCET because I wanted to study MCA. I handled all this independently.

What pushed me forward was the desire to rebuild my family’s sense of pride. There was a time when my family was doing well and people naturally stayed connected with us. But when we went through difficult circumstances, many of those relationships slowly faded away. Experiencing that change at a young age made me determined to stand on my own feet. From then on, I focused on moving forward one step at a time, believing that through my hard work and achievements, I could restore the respect my family once had.

I genuinely enjoyed the journey. I took every opportunity that came my way. Looking back, my biggest achievement isn’t completing degrees or the work I’ve done — it’s the respect my parents receive today because of my journey.

Best Feedback

I grew up in hostels and mostly spoke only with the boys around me. I didn’t have much connection with the outside world, and because of that, I lacked the confidence and clarity to express myself well.
Karthikeyan V, gave me a piece of advice that has stayed with me:
Even if you’ve done everything correctly, if you can’t explain it clearly, it has no value.
I’ve seen how true that is. His advice taught me that clarity and communication are just as important as technical skills, and that lesson continues to guide me today.
