My Current Role
I currently work with the Bold Sales team, where I oversee several modules, including email templates, pipelines, teams, and more. I’m involved in decisions related to new features, bug fixes, and product improvements across these areas, working closely with the team to make sure the right changes are made. I also work closely with the engineers, guiding them, discussing solutions, and reviewing their work. My role is to bring together the product needs and the team’s technical efforts to make sure we continue improving the product.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am naturally a calm and patient person, and not very expressive. I tend to stay quiet in most situations, whether with friends or family, and usually speak when necessary or when something genuinely interests me. I prefer to respond with patience by understanding the situation rather than reacting with anger.
My personality is also shaped by my lifestyle habits. I value cleanliness and maintain a neat, organized environment, stay physically active through regular fitness routines and approach everything I do with a perfectionist mindset.
My Early Dreams
I never had very big ambitions growing up, but during my middle school years, from 6th to 8th grade, my teacher often asked what we wanted to become, and I always said I wanted to be a collector. At that time, I did not even know what I had to study to become one. The thought came after I once saw a collector attending our school function as the chief guest, where everyone welcomed and respected him. Seeing him stand out as the main person in such a large gathering made me feel that I wanted to become someone important and respected. Later, during my college days, I was interested in starting a business in my hometown, like establishing a water plant agency. Maybe If I hadn’t taken this career path, I likely would have explored something around entrepreneurship.
My Career Journey
Even before completing my final semester, I had secured an offer through campus placements from a company in Madurai, which I decided to keep as a backup. Around the same time, my friends and I, a group of 5 members, chose to take a bold step and move to Chennai to explore better opportunities. After relocating, we rented a small place in OMR and spent our days searching for openings and interviews across different companies. During this phase, a senior from our college, Selva Ganapathy, referred us for an interview at Syncfusion. All five of us attended the interview, and four of us were selected, which turned out to be the breakthrough we were hoping for. About a month later, I received my offer letter and joined on the given date, marking the beginning of my journey at Syncfusion. Choosing to come to Chennai and pursue this path has been one of the most important and rewarding decisions I’ve made.
Key Learnings and Challenges
One of my first challenges at work was fixing a bug in a chart component soon after I joined. I struggled to identify the issue and spent nearly three days working on it without guidance, as my seniors were occupied. In the end, it turned out to be a small fix, something that could have been resolved much faster with experience. However, fixing it on my own gave me a strong sense of accomplishment. After completing the task, my team lead appreciated my work in front of the team and that moment stayed with me and boosted my confidence.
Later, as I moved across projects, adapting to new platforms became a challenge. One such instance was working on the Microsoft LightSwitch platform, where no reference materials were available. I spent about a week exploring it through trial and error, understood how it worked, and documented the process to help my team work more effectively.
Live in a way that does not hurt others, and you will always find true peace and satisfaction!!

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
My Inspiration
I have always considered actor Vijayakanth as my inspiration. As a child, I was such a fan that I used to carefully collect and preserve stickers from his movies. At that age, I admired him for the heroic roles he played, but as I grew older, my respect deepened because of the good he did beyond cinema. His courage, generosity, and confidence have taught me the importance of standing up for what is right and speaking with conviction when needed.
Professionally, I draw a lot of inspiration from my seniors and teammates. By observing how they approach challenges and find practical solutions, I gain valuable insights. The way they communicate and stay focused on delivering quality work continues to influence my own approach.
A Moment that Shaped Me
I have always been a perfectionist since my school days, and even small mistakes used to affect me deeply. I believed everything had to be done perfectly, and any setback would stay with me for a long time.
That mindset began to change during my first year of college. Moving from a Tamil-medium background to an English-medium environment was challenging, and I struggled to adapt initially. Once, I could not complete an assignment, and my professor asked me to step out of the classroom. I sat outside feeling overwhelmed and ended up crying. What makes me smile now is that my friend Manoj Babu, who has been my best friend and colleague for the past 18 years, was also outside for the same reason—but he was completely relaxed while I was taking it to heart.
Manoj and a few friends reminded me that life would bring much bigger challenges and that one small setback should never break my spirit. That moment taught me that perfection is important, but learning to move forward matters even more.
My Perspective on Leadership
I always recommend understanding others' perspectives rather than simply justifying our own. Even when any difficult situation arises, avoid judging it as simply right or wrong. Instead, take a step back to consider the other person's point of view and analyze why they believe it is right. Based on this understanding, either clearly explain your perspective or try to understand their thoughts and opinions. Ultimately, what matters most is being open to different viewpoints and identifying what is truly right.
Message to the Young Employees
One thing I strongly advise is never to compromise on quality. Whether you are a fresher or experienced, strive to deliver work that fully satisfies you. Even if it takes more time, it is better to be honest by keeping the necessary people informed about the progress and deliver the work a little later while maintaining high quality. At the same time, it is also important to stay mindful of timelines and balance both quality and expectations effectively. Because when quality is consistently maintained, it helps build trust and opens more opportunities over time.
Person Who Influenced Me
One person who had a strong influence on me was my 12th-grade mathematics tuition teacher and the way he taught was truly remarkable. He explained even the most difficult concepts in a simple and clear manner, which made me enjoy mathematics and helped me achieve good scores. What impressed me even more was his knowledge beyond academics. He seemed to know about everything whether it was cricket, cinema, politics, or current affairs, and he had it at his fingertips. That level of awareness and clarity left a lasting impression on me. Seeing him made me realize the importance of continuous learning and staying informed. Since then, I have developed an interest in reading about various topics. Currently, I am exploring history and Tamil literature and trying to understand our culture and heritage as I find it interesting. While I may not have reached his level of knowledge, I am steadily working towards building the quality by learning something new and staying updated whenever I can.
Appreciations
Receiving the five-year recognition shield during our company’s annual day was a truly special moment. Being acknowledged in front of everyone as an experienced engineer and valued contributor is something I will always cherish.
Personal Achievements
One of the proudest moments in my life was taking my parents and sister on a flight for the first time. From childhood, they had never even been near an airport and had only seen flights from a distance. They never asked for it, but I always knew it was something they wished for. When I had around three years of experience, I brought them from Madurai to Chennai by flight and that moment felt like a true achievement for me. Another important milestone was building our house. Earlier, we lived in a house that would leak during the rainy season, where my mother would place vessels to collect the water. Seeing her step into a safe and solid home for the first time gave me a deep sense of pride and fulfillment. I also consider getting my sister married with my own earnings as one of my most meaningful achievements as it brought a strong sense of responsibility and happiness to my family.
Gratitude Along the Journey
I truly feel grateful to my wife for the way she brings a sense of balance into my life, making things feel calmer. Because of her, there is a natural ease in the way I go about my days, which helps me lead a more peaceful life.
Memorable Moments
One of the most memorable moments for me was seeing Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam directly. During the end of my first year of engineering, he visited our college in Ramanathapuram and delivered a one-hour speech. Since it was near his hometown Rameswaram and part of his visit to that region, our college organized the event with great preparation and with full security. Seeing him and listening to his speech made it a truly unforgettable moment for me.
