My Current Role

I work as a Senior Product Manager for Essential Studio, leading the Growth Hacking technical team, where my primary focus is on creating opportunities that help our products reach more customers and support business growth. Every initiative we take is driven by the goal of increasing product adoption, generating new leads, and ultimately contributing to sales. This role has completely changed the way I think, helping me understand that even a small idea or improvement can have a meaningful impact on both the customer experience and the company’s growth.

About Me

I’m a naturally jovial person who enjoys bringing positive energy wherever I go. I’ve always believed that the best conversations are the ones where people can simply be themselves, and somehow, that has made me someone others feel comfortable opening up to. Even after meeting me just once or twice, people often share their personal stories and seek my perspective. I may not always have the perfect answers, but if a conversation leaves someone feeling lighter, happier, or more hopeful, that’s something I truly cherish.

Outside of work, I find joy in life’s simple routines. Music is my favorite way to relax, and weekends are reserved for spending quality time with my family. Those moments help me recharge and prepare for the week ahead.

My Career Journey

As a child, my dreams were simple but meaningful. I wanted to build a home of my own, earn a good salary, and work in one of the tall office buildings I admired every day on my way to school. More than anything, I wanted to be financially independent and build a life through my own efforts.

After completing college in 2010, I started attending interviews and secured a job within three months. Syncfusion was the third company I interviewed with, and what attracted me was its reputation for embracing new technologies and providing continuous learning opportunities. Looking back, I’m grateful for the opportunity I was given to begin my career here.

Like any fresher, I was nervous during my initial days and wondered if I would be able to adapt. But I was welcomed into a supportive environment where my teammates patiently guided and encouraged me. Their support gave me the confidence to find my footing, and over the years, Syncfusion has become a place where I’ve grown both professionally and personally.

What Stayed in Me Since Childhood

One thing that has stayed with me since childhood is my habit of keeping everything neat and organized. Whether it was my books during school or my workspace today, I’ve always liked having everything in its place. Even now, if I keep something somewhere, I expect to find it in the same place later.

I’ve also always enjoyed planning my day. As a child, I would make simple schedules for everything—from school and tuition to playtime. Even today, I like planning my work and daily activities in advance. It’s a small habit that has stayed with me through every stage of life.

People Who Inspired Me

I’ve been fortunate to be inspired by many people throughout my life, and each of them has shaped me in a unique way.

The greatest inspiration in my personal life is my mother. Watching her balance countless responsibilities with patience, determination, and selflessness has always inspired me. Despite the challenges she faced, she worked tirelessly to provide the best education and opportunities for our family.

Professionally, I’ve learned something valuable from several mentors. Vijayanand sir has inspired me with his ability to manage immense responsibilities while remaining approachable, patient, and clear in his guidance. Bharath taught me the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and making the most of every working hour. Rajendran Rathinam showed me that effective leadership begins with understanding people, communicating with empathy, and earning their trust. Each of them has influenced the way I lead, collaborate, and continue to grow, both professionally and personally.

Success shines brighter when it's built on self-belief and balanced with a life well lived.
