Word document hyperlink font family

Hi,

We're converting HTML to a doc/docx via a stream, and it's not applying the correct font to it (Arial), rather keeping it as Times New Roman, we've tried inserting a 'span' tag within the 'a' tag, but it's still converting it to Time New Roman.

Is there some way to set the default font for the entire document, or the style for the a tag?

Thanks,
TC

Hi TC,

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion Products.

Regarding the issue with “Font is not preserved in Html to Doc conversion when span tag (along with font family) is specified within a tag”, we are able to reproduce the mentioned issue. Please report this issue through Direct Trac Developer Support System https://www.syncfusion.com/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2fsupport%2fdirecttrac%2fincidents ), because you can take the advantage of the expertise of a dedicated support engineer and a guaranteed response time and we hope you will take advantage of this system as well? Please ignore if you have already reported this issue.

As a work around, try using the following sample for applying custom style for the entire document created from Html.
