Syncfusion:GridDataControl in Silverlight not sorting and resizing

Hi,
I use Syncfusion:GridDataControl in my silverlight childwindow .My grid is not sorting and resizing itself even if i double click on any row it select another row below to it.i here paste my code please anybody suggest me what can i do..

We are unable to reproduce the issue with Sorting and resizing problem in GridDataControl. We have attached the sample and video that shows how we reproduced it. Please check it and let us know if this is not you specified please provide more information about this issue. So that we can analyze on this more and provide the fix at the earliest.
