Essential Grid in Updatepanel loses Sortorder / Pageindex

Hi,
I have a GridGroupingControl inside Updatepanel using SFScriptmanager.
I set the datasource in the Onload event.
The Grid loses the last SortOrder and PageIndex after PartialPostback.

Is this a known issue?
