Problem with PDF loading

I'm trying to load a PDF file (version 8.3.0.21). After opening it I have strange values in DocumentInformation property (you can see it on attached picture) and problems with access to fields of PDF document.

Before, I was using version 6.3.0.6 and I could open and manipulate attached PDF file, there wasn't any problem.

Please tell me how should I open this file ?

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion products.

I was able to see that the field names and DocumentInformation in the PDF you sent were returning garbled text. Could you please create a new incident in Direct-Trac so that we can update you with further details?
