Menu package and IE 9 beta

Hi, I am using suncfusion menu and it was working perfect untill IE 9 beta. I am getting a javascript error saying "menu frames cannot be loaded." As a result, no flyouts or dropdowns appear onMouseOver event. The product version I am using is 6.202.0.21.
It might be an old version, but before I upgrade, I want to confirm if the upgrade would fix it. Does anybody experienced this error and what possible resolution might be?
