Combo Box Back color is changing

Hi,

I am using syncfusion 7.302.0.20,Whenever i am trying to customize the designer the back ground color of "combo Box" is changing automatically by appending the following line to the designer code.

this.comboBox1.BackColor = System.Drawing.Color.FromArgb(((int)(((byte)(199)))), ((int)(((byte)(224)))), ((int)(((byte)(242)))));

Can u please Guide me to solve above problem.
