xpTaskBar and xpTaskBarBox

Dear Support Team,
I'm using version 8.4.0.10 and I have a question about xpTaskBar and xpTaskBarBox that I'm using in a child form tabbed in a TabbedMDIManager.
My question is about the way to automatically resize xpTaskBarBox when the hosting form resizes.
I found out the way to do it programmatically (please see the attached example), and I ask to you if there's a better way.

We have checked with the sample that you have provided. It is the best way to implement the XpTaskBar at the time of Form Size Changed. Please use the same.
