Need to import existing messages from Outlook

Hi,
We are using your product for writing mail messages from a very long time but now we have a requirement from our Client that they need to import existing messages from Microsoft Outlook. Can this be done with your product. Please let me know this asap and with the exact steps of doing it in detail since I need to give a demo of it asap.

and one more issue I am facing with the editor is I am not able to paste images after copying them but copying text works fine.

I have raised a direct issue with id:74061 but since there is no response for that and it's urgent I am posting this in this forum as well.
