OverviewControl without scrollbar

I'm using Your OverviewControl in my application.

When the design area is too high, the OverviewControl seems not display scrollbar. The red tracker goes out of the window and disappears.
I have set AutoScroll=True in my code.

See the attached file for details.

Is there a way to enable scroll-bars (horz e vert)?
