Panning does not work with more than one series

Question

If I have one series on my graph, everything works fine. I can zoom in on the graph and pan it either with the mouse or by dragging the scrollbar.

However, if I add a second series, I have a problem. Mouse panning does not work. The hand cursor never appears and if I do try to drag, a new zoom window is created.

Also, if I try to drag the scroll bars, the graph redraws to the maximum zoom level with no scroll bars.

This is a big problem for me. Can you help me?

We are not able to reproduce your issue.

I have created a simple sample to perform zooming in more then one Series.
