drag&drop on GridStackedHeaderRow

which event can I use to detect drag&drop on GridStackedHeaderRowDescriptor?
I am using a GridGroupingControl and it looks that QueryAllowDragColumn event is not triggered when I move Stacked Header Column.

It seems that the query on stacked header dragging has been posted to an incident 71319, which has been provided with the details on the issue. Please follow it up in the incident.
