Customizing predefined filter entries

Hi,
I would like to customize the default entries in the combo for
filtering data in the SF GridCroupingControl.

In particular:

1) I want to translate into italian the 3 default entries (Empty, All, Custom Selection)

2) I would to remove the "Custom selection" entry from the combobox.

This is possible?
